Wow, that looks really, really nice. The paint apps are spot one with really nice detail. I believe TFC has nailed it! :APPLAUSE:

I wish they'd let the hands move backwards so you could make open palm poses.
Oh well, still looks Bad A.

Just got my Phantom. It has a slightly shoddy paint job on the chest but I can clean that up. He feels a little cheap to be honest but not KO cheap. Their is a design choice for the rod and tail that is a little odd. It looks like the rod will be too thick to pass through the opening of the tail section but it pushes through easily. Also, the "elbow" is just the legs moving back and forward. When I move them back and forward it squeeks badly. He doesn't have an elbow joint like the Hercules bots. The wings get in the way in arm mode too.

On the plus side, I think I found a hidden way to turn him into a leg piece, not an arm though it isn't detailed in the instructions. The head is very G1. The jet mode is massive and feels great. You do see the robot underneath the jet but from the top and sides it is well hidden. Hasbro should take notes imho.

So far, I'm more impressed with Hercules than Uranos.

I'm waiting for the inevitable second runf of these guys. I jumped on buying all the herc figures so fast I didnt think. The first run of those guys was shoddy at times and I ended up getting multiple repleacements and parts. I finally got herc together and I love it but as for The Big U as I call him, Im waiting for the second run...

Not feeling that head as it is right now. Maybe it'll be better in color.

Ask and ye shall receive!

Okay, already sold. Now sold harder. We have our Superion, and for me, three Classics-style combiners.

Ditto. Classics Powerglide is getting packed up and then hopefully I have enough space.

The F-16 looks a little chunky but the Harrier looks great. Neither matters since he will be displayed in combined mode. I just hope they learned from their quality issues with Hercules.

I wish the arm limbs for Uranos had real elbows like Hercules. Scramble city gimmick strikes again. With that minor gripe aside, Uranos looks great. I'm kind of surprised he's taller than Herc. That's crazy!

seeing the final pics, he does look pretty darn nice. I won't be getting him, because of the price, and size, but he'll be a nice addition to the collections of those who do pick him up, and I look forward to the reviews.

Solving the height problem:

And yes, the add-ons CAN be bought as separate bits.
