not such a fan initially but it does look really great in the packaging, with all the accessories. Looking good!

I will never own a G1 Megatron and i don't have a classics Megatron so for me this is the perfect cross and with all those weapons it just screams buy me

the box is crap but who cares.

I must say it's the least inspiring box I've seen in a long while, but I don't care! I'm getting that Megatron!

I'm not getting it yet, but soon. I definately like what I see.

The only oddity is the overuse of transparent red plastic. Even on things like his legs (why?)

I'd be interested to see a review of this guy to see just how tall he really stands.

If he is an tall as United Megs or taller, from what I gather looking at the comparison photos out there he might be a smidge taller?

Man Hegemon looks really good. I customized my United Megs to look more cartoon accurate, but this guy looks perfect.

For me his height is a real selling point , iv'e been watching him on ebay for a while and at £62.50 free p&p this figure will be the only 3rd party transformer iv'e got were i'll feel i know were my money went

from some photos he looks a tad wide as well but could just be the photo.

i don't have PRIME prime but megatron is pretty damn big compared in this photo.

Buying and that's all there is to it.

I'm trying to save money for characters I don't already own an acceptable version of.
Then again, I own dozens of Megatrons, so maybe just one more?

Classics voyager Prime is shorter than TFP FE Prime so Hegemon is about a head taller than Classics OP.

With gun laws I think it unlikely that Hasbro with top this so I may have to bite. I'll wait for reviews though.

Yeah i don't see hasbro doing this.

i thought he would have been a bit more than a head taller but As long as he's taller than classics OP, he certainly looks like a bigger portioned figure but again could be the photos

i don't own classics OP in fact now i think of it my classics factions are leaderless if hegemon turns out to be quality it could be the first time i might want to see another OP in the making , i have classics UM and hes what a tad bigger or the size of a tall deluxe? it would be nice to have a OP & Megs who stand above there groups.

I am hoping that pp-01 Faith Leader is the same height as Hegemon. I just picked one up and it is really nice and I paid on $48 for it. I purchased it hoping that it would work with Hegemon.

I'm cool with it being taller than Classics OP. The main villain should be more imposing than the main hero. I always hated that, in the Unicron trilogy, OP outgunned Megatron. The only downside is that he's now far taller than Classics Galvy. Well ... I still have Superlink Gavy if I wanted to go that way.

Sounds like Faith KO is about a head taller than Pokeheger.

I am very interested in seeing reviews for this. If it's the bomb, I'll probably look to get it as a Father's Day gift. So people need to hurry up and get them in hand so I can find out whether to order!

Looking around on toyworld and come across TW-02 which says coming soon as hegemon height

FINALLY! A good pic comparing Hegy to Classics Megs. I'm glad to finally see a good scale and now I'm much happier to see 2 things:

1) his height is good for Classics
2) The red plastic doesn't seem to actually be the leg joints. I'm hoping for a similar case with his arms.

That is amazing i can't wait to get mine he kicks the **** out of that classics i'm really glad to see that they went with dark purple for the energon beating stick and mace

I'd love to get this, but unless an online shop that doesn't require a frickin' blood sample decides to carry it, I'm out.

All the shops that have him want way too much PII (Personally Identifiable Information), and after the TFCC incident, I'm wary of using anything besides PayPal unless I'm dealing with someone far more reputable like BBTS or Amazon.com.

Which is funny because Paypal is the only way I pay for things on BBTS and their not carrying Hegemon! So frustrating!
