If a large enough package needs to get into space.

(Could be payload, but the puns are degrading quickly...)

NASA and the Ruskies sometimes have wider nosecones due to the satellite that needs to be put into orbit.

Has anyone else who's gotten this from RK not received the little lights with theirs? I didn't seem to get them with mine unfortunately unless they were shipped separately and just haven't arrived yet :(.

That Optibotimus review video was great. It looks like there is actually little in this figure that is parts forming, which is a nice piece of engineering.

I want. Not going to get it unless it is clearanced for much cheaper, but I want. :-(

If this was a Hasbro product I'd be all over it. Pretty freakin' badass. But WAAAAAY beyond my budget.

That would be hilarious, though honestly I wouldn't be surprised if they did actually make a WfC Trypticon. And if they did and it's anything like Genesis, it would be perfect.

:shock: Please don't do that, Planet X. It would mean I would have to get this no matter what. And with the 30th Anniversary Generations line starting this coming fall, discretionary income is going to be tight...

I'd probably get a FOC Trypticon by these guys. light up mouth and kaiju, space station and a ground battle station mode and I'd be happy.

Under 24 hours ago I would've agreed with you, but now I'm not sure I'd want one that isn't the same size as Hasbro's Metroplex.

Dammit.... After Optibotimus' review and the revelation of the possibility of a base mode, I'm tempted. So very, very tempted. It's an amazing robot to look at.

It's looking like quite a hard and cumbersome figure to transform and put in a stance. If I had the money, or hadn't already payed for the Year of The Snake Omega, I'd likely be onboard for this one. I'm just far too nervous to plonk $300 down in one go on something that is still somewhat of an unknown quantity.

Part of me wonders if they'll repaint this in Guardian colors...

Anyone want to make an army at 300+ a soldier? 8-}

So much for "ITS FOC NOT G1 !!!" They probally saw the high price wasnt moving enough FOC fans. G1 classics fans are the ones known to shell out the big bucks on 3rd party stuff. If theyre smart theyll throw in a set of smaller brown colored G1 arms and the figure will start selling like hotcakes.

Or maybe, you know, it'll be based on WFC Omega Supreme's face, since it's supposed to be based on that design from the very beginning.

The long arms look very good and accurate to the game design, just deal with it. Maybe you should stop bringing G1 where it doesn't belong, I mean, just because it started it all doesn't mean you can't change things.
