ToyWorld

What are you doing...?

ToyWorld...

Stahp!

Seriously though, enough with all the Megatrons and Ultra Magnus'... finish up those Throttlebots and give us those Dinobots you teased us a while back.

Add the Optimus they have shown us and I'm in 100% agreement.

They need to focus on what has already been teased instead of teasing us with more stuff.

These guys got some balls. Hahaha they don't give a **** wtf Has/Tak is doing they think they can do it better!haha we shall see. unlike other third parties that shy away from the big names and only do gap filler characters that we want, these guys tease a figure that has/tak is about to release! lol

I'd have liked the Hasbro one to be a Voyager, but I don't want to pay 3rd party prices for one. maybe if he'd kept the body for longer, but it was in half a dozen issues. Granted, some of them were great, but I can settle for the cheap official release, or maybe just the blue repaint. I'm more interested in their IDW Optimus, their newly teased Ultra Magnus, and sure, Dinobots if they make them.

I have their Hegemon. That's all the Megatron I need.

If this is Hegemon sized it'll actually be an Ultra, not a voyager.

Yes. Yes. YES!!!!

I'll be getting one of the official figures regardless, but Megatron really should be big and imposing, this new version should be no different.

If ToyWorld produces it, I will buy it.

I'm in 100% agreement as well. We need their Throttlebots and Dinobots STAT!

That is the general consensus, Toyworld seems to have trouble finishing one project before moving onto the next...

it sucks that they will provide 2 Megatrons and just overlook Galvatron like everyone else.

I wouldn't say ToyWorld are the only ones guilty of that. In fact, I'd say the only company that isn't is Dr. Wu and that's probably only because his pieces are simply enough to produce quickly.

I think ToyWorld's main issue is speed. We're about 8 months between each throttlebot release, and I'm betting it's as frustrating for them as it is for us. I'm hoping they'll find a stride and get these out faster.

We can only hope they do.

The way I'm looking at it is that this goes with the Ongoing style Optimus they're making while Hegimon goes with Classics OP. The smaller Hasbro bomber Megatron just has no place on my shelves.

:CON:
I agree with that sir!

If Hasbro are going to 'upscale' anything it should be this stealth bomber mold up to Voyager at least?

Perhaps Hasbro already have a Voyager prepared for the New Year once theyve got as many people onboard with the Deluxe before they announce anything? :-?

I seem to remember a rumour of Hasbro creating a new Op Prime as an update from the old Classics Voyager mold...?

I didnt pick up Hegemon as he seemed too large, but I would take one each of Toyworlds IDW Megs and Op! :D

I didn't like the way Hegimon towered over Classics Optimus either so I just didn't extend the legs all the way. Now Megatron is just a bit taller than OP so now he's more intimidating without the whole David & Goliath thing you'd normally have. Toyworld's got me on the hook for their Optimus, Magnus, and Bomber Megatron!

Maybe the Throttlebots are not selling as well as they hoped and they are experimenting with other characters. I like their Throttlebots, but their marketing approach sucks! They are the only 3rd party that has released 3 figures that are rumored to be part of a gestalt and we have not even seen pictures of the gestalt or even official confirmation of it's existence.

If Megatron is roughly 1.5 inches taller and significantly bulkier than Orion, then he is an instant buy for me.

Doubtful,as this would mean IDW Stealth Megatron would be a 9 inch leader scale toy.

We already know how big IDW Stealth Megatron will be in robot mode. TW Listed the figure as 19 cm tall in robot mode. 19cm tranlates into a 7.5 inch voyager toy. depending on bulk it might even be considred a Ultra scale toy.

I'd love to see TW do a Leader scale IDW Megatron instead of a 7.5 inch scale one. But the only way it would happen if everyone messages them & begs them to change the scale. This worked for Kronos.

What is it with you and these giant leader figures ? The scale really doesnt work for many characters unless you want a stand alone figure for a coffee table.

He likes the style of Armada/Energon/Cybertron where the Faction Commanders were typically the largest figures on a shelf.

Exactly this ^

Some fans like the Leader scale TF toys. Because HasTak aims this scale more towards adult fans. It's no secret,The leader scale,is the most top notch figure of the line. As it takes the longest time to create, higher spending budget. more parts & pieces, highly sculpted & overly articulated. superior engineering & stronger materials used.

In addition to AEC having leader scale toys. Various other TF toy lines had their equivelant of Leader scale toys. BW had 1998 Optimal Optimus,2001 Rid,The Movie Verse,Animated & TFP/BH. in 2014-2015,The Generations toy line will have leader scale toys.

Some of the ROTF Leader scale toys were so high quality. That Takara called a few of them Masterpiece toys in Japan.
