It seems we have to wait until Revelation to see what if Nightbeat played a role in the death of Koska...

So many things that Furman hints at, have all been fan guesses already, he's very good at giving you information that has no actual information in it :D

well, i'm officially pumped. these have turned out to be some of the best comics i've ever read in my comic collecting career, and i'm sure i speak for all of us when i say that the TF universe, although it's taking some very different and original turns, it's still in great hands.

They must be, as Furman mentions "the titanic fifth (sixth if you count Sotrmbringer) story arc". So that's:

1. "Infiltration",
2. "Stormbringer",
3. "Escalation",
4. "Devastation",
5. "Revelation"
6. and then story arc number six.

O, and I'm excited.

Sideswipe to be added to the ongoing...about friggin' time!

Also, will Hardhead play a role in this Headmasters debut that was mentioned?

Question is; Will Nightbeat be involved as well?

Aww damn... Revelation to find out if Nightbeat killed the facsimile! After just reading Escalation 6 today, I want to know much sooner than that! Sounding good so far. I think [blank] Prime will be Nemesis.

Yeah, I don't think "Rodimus", "Sentinel", or "Vector" fit into that blank, considering where we are in the story (and other factors). Though, arn't most of the Nemesis Prime stories/origins linked to Unicron (except for RID)? I'm curious how Furman will decide to do this one, since he's trying to stay away from the whole Unicron thing for now.

Well it could be Rodimus or Vector as the blank. Rodimus is a likely choice though seeing as Hot Rod is being built up. Still there's the "Prime" style head while Optimus Prime was in limbo which makes me think Nemesis Prime. Guess we'll have to wait and see.

furman said in an interview somewhere that he was having a blast writing sideswipe so im looking forward to it too. he always had bags of potential seeing as he was meant to be a bit of a james dean type as in a rule "bender" cant see him taking what the machination did to his brother sitting down either!

in a weird way im kinda hoping hardhead reamins an ordinary bot, im enjoying him as he is. be a nice twist to see ARK originals become headmasters instead of the nebulos crew. long wait for dev but i get the feeling it'll be worth it

He got Galvatron in without Unicron, so why not Nemesis?

Come to think of it, Nemesis would make sense for that limbo thing. Afterall, Prime seemd to be cautious of it. Why would he if it was an Autobot? I never thought about it being him before, but it makes sense. Curse me for vowing to only get the TPB's from now on so I get the whole saga at once, instead of running the risk of missing issues. Even longer to wait.

I didn't say it couldn't be done without Unicron. I'm just curious on what route he will choose to go without Nemesis Prime having ties to Unicron. Of course, wasn't something called the "dead universe" mentioned in some IDW interview recently? :-?

I'd entirely forgotten that Nightbeat (the toy) was a Headmaster. I was thinking Hardhead was the first one we'd seen.
