Profile: Firebrand was once a fierce gladiator, fighting and killing for sport and the entertainment of others. When the Decepticons formed, under the leadership of the mighty Megatron, Firebrand took little convincing to fight for his cause. Firebrand was at the sacking of Iacon following the example of his leaders to force obedience on Cybertron.
The war would drag on, Firebrand remained battle after battle. Eventually, Cybertron was a husk, what was left of its inhabitants fled to the stars and would come upon a distant planet rife with potential energy sources: Earth. There he would continue his battle alongside the Decepticons and bring this new world to its knees.
Firebrand is ruthless, having been a gladiator he is comfortable with death and slaughter, thinking little of it. Despite this, he one day hopes for order and peace, but is unwilling to compromise or see another means to that goal. Contrary to his profession as a warrior and generally tough exterior, though not unhandsome, Firebrand keeps himself well and prides himself on being what he calls "presentable". He believes the best solution to a problem is the simplest and likes to be straight-forward.
Abilities: Top speed: 145 mph. His vehicle mode can sustain top speed for more than half an hour, but is much less maneuverable. Jump-thrusters allow Firebrand to leap great distances or cover ground in quick bursts, these also allow him to dampen a fall from great heights. His Heavy-calibre rotary machine gun is a bulky, three-barreled machine gun that sends 15mm-wide uranium projectiles by electro-magnetic rails at high velocities. Not the most accurate weapon, but sprays a devastating stream of hypersonic bullets. Chews through ammo quickly. His slug pistol side-arm is a large pistol that fires fragmenting diamond projectiles with a chemical propellant, deadly at point-blank range but less than harmful at range. He also carries a two-handed heat sword which is a typical Cybertronian melee weapon. It's capable of cutting through most alloys.
Weaknesses: Firebrand is not the fastest bot, believing his toughness would compensate. He is prone to hubris and vanity. Firebrand also does not take insults well, especially regarding his appearance.
