Ok, as far as I can tell everything from the recently started game is gone. Fortunately we weren't too far in and can just pick up where we left off as best we can. It will take a couple of days to get to that point though. Use this thread to discuss whats going on.

Also, we would appreciate if people listed the characters they had and if they still have profiles for them. I hope everyone had back ups of their profiles and if not, please do so in the future.

My characters were Smokescreen and Trailbreaker. I still have my profiles for both of them, but the Smokescreen one is saved on my computer at work so I won't have access to that one until Monday morning at the earliest. I also have the three posts I did for my characters backed up, as well, so if need be I could repost them.

I don't think that will be necessary, at least for now. I think we all remember where we were. ;)

I think if you have your profiles, go ahead and repost them in the applications thread. This will be a great help to us. Thanks!

Could you repost it? I'm afraid between my own injuries and the wipe, things have been a bit disorderly here.

Attention!

All players with approved chars, please post their profiles in the Canon Character Profiles forum. One character per topic, so they're easy to look up.

Also, please post in the roll call thread and let us know you're still here!

Thanks!

I'm sorry to hear that. I've a bad feeling you might not be the only one in that predicament. For those of you that are, we'll figure it out. Post in the roll call, and get back to the important part: playing the game! Try to get those profiles redone eventually, but we're not going to take your chars away. ;)

Check out the character profiles for the old game if your profiles are missing. It doesn't hold all character profiles there is but there should still be plenty.

I'm not sure if this is entirely the correct place to put this, but here goes anyway.

I joined the Seibertron RPG about a year ago, at the outset of my transformers fandom, and I stuck with it because it was a great creative outlet, with a very interesting setting and winderful participants. However, I did this at a time when my academic requirements were quite low, and I had a lot of excess creativity, which I could apply easily to the RPG.

Things have changed since then. The main thing is that my college requirements have shot through the roof, and have been high for several months. The second is that, due to a combination of this increased work and dealings with my friends here at home, my creative energies have been redirected to other areas, such as gaming and writing. The third is that, well, the RPG itself has changed. One of the main things that drew me to the RPG was its massive cast and existing backstory, it gave me a lot of creative freedom and a network with which to work. Those things are gone in this latest iteration of the RPG. The Season 1 G1 cast, while archetypical, I just don't find all that interesting, and the IDW-based setting, while intruiging on many levels, doesn't compare well with the scope of the War Within setting we used previously.

So, for these reasons, I beleive that I will bow out of the RPG for the time being. It is possible I will return, but I cannot really say. I apologise for leaving you at this critical setup time, but feel I wouldn't be able to make the effort the RPG needs and deserves. Thank you for all the wonderful experiences, and I wish you all the best.

Good luck, Fuzzy. You'll be missed.
