Maybe Ruination, because he RUINED IT ALL. :michaelbay:
Alpha Bravo is the Michael Bay of the CW line. This means Bay unofficially has a toy and it's called Alpha Bravo.

I think it's good to have some variety in Superion set rather than two repaints of Firefly

Because...?

The guy is more or less responsible for the entirety of the Marvel UK comics, the latter end of Beast Wars and laying the groundwork for the IDW series. If that doesn't make him a credible authority on Transformers I don't know what does.

Actually for beast wars, he only scripted nemesis part 2.

Aw man, I totally want Alpha Bravo on the lost light, even as a cameo.

Those did. Then he wrote ReGeneration One in 2012 and totally flushed his credibility down the toilet. So as far as I'm concerned, Simon Furman is damn near worthless as a creative force in the franchise. He's 1 step above the hacks who wrote the Bay movies. And even that's questionable.

And yes, I accept and approve of James Roberts. Even if he likes a 3rd-tier filler like Alpha Bravo.

That's just the kind of guy I am. Ask your sister. Image I did buy the AB figure, though it's still captive in its plastic prison.

Alpha Bravo? I figured it was a trademark issue with him replacing Slingshot, and I generally understand and accept that kind of thing. Does it bother me? No, not really. The only Aerialbots I have any personal investment in are Silverbolt, Air Raid, and Skydive, and they're all present and accounted for. It was cool that at least one of the Aerialbots was a Harrier jump jet with Slingshot, but the new Firefly is also based on a Harrier, rather than the much older and less recognisable F-4 Phantom that the original Fireflight was based on. So, of all the types of aircraft they're based on, the Harrier is one of the few to have not changed (the only one if you don't include Powerglide and Silverbolt -- and 'Bolt is only very loosely based on a Concorde at this point).

Does it bother me that Alpha Bravo's a helicopter? Not at all. They're the Aerialbots, not the Jetbots, and last I checked, helicopters were aerial vehicles. If anything bothers me, it's the fact that Silverbolt's basically a passenger jet. Sure, he's an Autobot so he can be a civilian vehicle and still be armed to the teeth (he is a robot in disguise, after all), but I'd kinda prefer something like a Vulcan or B-1 bomber for him. But it's not a deal breaker, and neither is Alpha Bravo.

It's nice that there's a Quickslinger option out there, but it's not one I'm going to pursue.

Sure. He's certainly the Furman of our time. Roberts is currently the best Transformers writer, possibly the best comic writer too or best writer of anything
