Notice anything different in FOC?
I did, look at this,remember the neutron assault rifle from WFC? well, looks like it got a makeover! You can clearly see that it is COMPLETELY different in the First Mission Video for FOC. Take a look

the WFC assault rifle was a puny SMG,now it is Triple-Triple Barreled Minigun!!!!

Personally I welcome the change,seems more "badass" in my opinion.

Totally, I know what you mean. All of the weapons for the new game coming out, got beefed up a bit! They look way more Transform-ish
