Wow... I'm stumped if it's a Warpath era Generations/Classics figure. Will be holding my breath for a reveal.

So that leaves Scourge (unless by "era" you're counting HftD stuff too). Fun choice if so!

Only other jets I could think of are Thrust, Dirge, and Thundercracker. Outside of Generations we have Lugnut and Highbrow, but both are Voyagers. Jetblade (if that's his name) was among that assortment, and his jet mode is the closest of them all to Needlenose.

Skullgrin was mobile artillery.

Only other jet I can think of (if slight retools are taken in account) is Black Shadow, a retool of Thunderwing and part of the last assortment of 2011 Generations.

FUNNY! I was thinking of Black Shadow, but had totally superimposed Skullgrin's head and color scheme. Wow. Seriously time to go home.

See I figured Thunderwing, then it wasn't, so I didn't think about Black Shadow but... duh, the chest remold! Makes sense now.

Wow. That is just about a perfect fit, comparing the chests. With a new head and a fresh paint job, I think this might just shape up to be a fantastic exclusive. :D Crossing my fingers now for Black Shadow.

Interesting design. Might pick up one of these.

Will they be available at the convention itself?

We are very pleased to announce Paul Eiding, the iconic voice of Generation One Perceptor will be joining us in August!

Paul has an impressive and extensive resume; in addition to Perceptor, he also portrays Colonel Roy Campbell in the Metal Gear series, the narrator in Diablo, Judicator Aldaris in Starcraft, and Grandpa Max Tennyson in every Ben 10 cartoon series, including Ben 10, Alien Force, Ultimate Alien, and Omniverse, in which he also voices Blukic, Eye Guy, Liam, and others. Not only that but he has also voiced various characters in Pixar’s Finding Nemo, Wall-E, Monsters, Inc., Up, Cars, A Bug's Life, and the soon to be released Monsters U.

Paul, an American actor, is equally comfortable on stage or in front of the camera. He appeared as Ambassador Loquel in the Star Trek: TNG episode: Liasons, and has guest starred on CSI:Miami, The Drew Carey Show, ER, The West Wing, My Name is Earl, The Charmings, Picket Fences, The Pretender, Providence, and many other shows.

If memory serves correctly, he also voiced Colonel Holland in Halo: Reach.

I hope to meet him, should I attend.

I'm attending and bringing my sister. She's a huge Carolina Panthers fan, so we'll be going to the Bears vs. Panthers Pre-Season game Friday Night, then the convention on Sat and Sun.

We are very happy to announce another guest! Ken Christiansen will be joining us for the show as well!

Ken Christiansen has been working as an illustrator and concept designer for over fifteen years. Starting as a video game concept artist, at Nintendo of America (Ridge Racer 64, Pokemon Puzzle League), then moving to Los Angeles to work in games for the Walt Disney Company (Kingdom Hearts, Finding Nemo). In 2004, Ken started his own company, Bad Flip Productions, working for video game clients like Disney, Warner Bros., Universal, and Activision. After working with Activision on Transformers the Game, and the Revenge of the Fallen game, he began working freelance in media development for Hasbro Inc. (Transformers), doing concept art for their film, tv, book, games, and toy initiatives. That expanded into media development beyond the Transformers brand, including Star Wars, Spider-Man, and more.

Ken’s current work includes the cover runs on the Transformers Prime series (IDW), Star Wars Fighter Pods, and Ultimate Spider-Man Spider Pods. Along with other random bits and pieces, hanging off pegs in the toy aisles, book shelves, and video game departments…
