The only prob is that if you shockwave em all out u cant siphon to survive after =) (and a repair sentry wont even start charging u back up till ur already dead and watching) Kamikaze mode like that only helps if ur teams good enough to realize you're buying them time and its worth them actually running over there.

Yeah, me too. I used to do that but not anymore since I noticed it was just a suicide. I do this only when I see my teammates inside the node, too. Otherwise, I just drop the rain from far away and if no teammates show up, I might do it since the others team's health couple be (hopefully) down by the missiles.

During multiplayer i see some players with a matrix symbol next to their names. How do you get it that matrix symbol?

I've also been toying with the notion that certain classes work best on certain maps... its not 100% play style as i stated before. There's one map in specific that i have an extremely hard time going over a 1:1 KDR as a scout but can usually seem to pull 3:1 as a scientist. Which is totally opposite of my usual kdr performance per class.

True. I love playing as a Scientist but I have a hard time manuvering in a lot of the maps. Streets and ,I think Gorge it might be called, give me the most trouble with all the walls and structures in the way. It pisses me off when Im trying to fight and need to break free and fly away and I cant cuz there are tunnels and hallways and walls and structures everywhere. The only map I seem to feel completely free in is in Orbital Debris cuz most of it takes place in space. There definitely needs to be a map devoted to Seekers.

I was wondering that too. Is it cause it starts over on the levels?

Yes, it resets all classes to 0 when activated.

I've noticed one particular player today who was using some really high damaging weapon. Not only that, it was an area effect weapon also! He had a rocket turret that was literally decimating all of his opponents. He was killing so many that if you were on his team, you hardly got a kill in. Does this sound like a Prime Mode weapon, or is it a hack? He was definitely not a Prime, he didn't have the symbol. I play on the PC servers so I don't think it would be too hard for computer geeks to hack into the game and change stuff.

Also, I would like to know what is going on when I get killed with one shot while unloading everything I have and getting nothing. This has been asked a couple of times but no answer.

For your first question, that guy is getting the weapon from his +7 Killstreak.

The latter question, pretty much people with higher rank will have better skills and abilities. Also headshots from a Sniper are one shot kills.

Yep, Scientist 7 Killstreak gun, its a monster, but it also slows your character down, decreases your jump height and transforming while you have it causes you to drop it. Pretty easy to handle someone with that gun if you can ambush them

Close range headshots with a shotgun is also a 1 shot kill on most classes.

In reply to the prime mode extra abilities question, I don't think so, haven't reached Prime mode yet, but as far as I'm aware its just a bragging right like prestige mode in CoD.

I finally managed to get the +7 kill streak as a Scientist and spawned that Nuclear Fusion gun. What they said above is correct. For me I had the perfect spot on a capture Node in Conquest on the map Orbital ( it was the center node ) I put up my rocket sentry gun for anyone sneaking up behind me and then proceeded kill anyone that tried to take that node the entire game. Man that felt good for once.

I got that gun couple times also as a scientist. It does feel good but since it slows me down so much and can't get far enough and people are storming at me because they see me firing that, my 3 block short energy usually don't last long.

I was curious...I don't have the DLC yet but noticed on the menu ticker update that it said they thank everyone for their feedback and that they have tweaked the special abilities and classes. But is this only in the DLC?

Very true on the health. I was lucky in the fact I was not in an area on Orbital that was in the heat of battle. I was basically behind a pillar some distance away shooting down the ramp into the middle underground Node. Once I heard it was being contested, I waited a bit and then shot a fusion cannon round right down the entry ramp and into the middle of the capture node hoping to catch the guy. Usually one shot did it and the other side never did seem to find me.

No, I think it's altered either way.

If you're playing on Broken Hope you're more than guaranteed to make it past Wave 15 if you play smart. All you need is some good teammates, always stay together regardless of the situation. It's good to be a character that can go cloak, so you can just peace out in heavy fire, so Arcee or Air Raid. Getting the Scrapmaker mini-gun is pretty much essential. Before Wave 10 is okay, any further is pushing it. Also Thermo Mines and Overshield are key as well, Thermo can get rid of the Cloakers in an instant and Overshield can help you survive a little while longer.

I soloed to wave 16 before calling it good with this set-up:

Air Raid
Null Ray - Head shots kill most enemies in 1 shot. Aimed shots on flyers in jet mode are 1 hit kills
X12 Scrapmaker

Nest up on the broken bridge and cloak/head shot as needed. Takes until wave 5 to get enough energon to open the door and get a scrapmaker and null ray, they are both behind the same door. Cloak and drop to get ammo and health as needed. Stay away from brutes when cloaked, the ground pound will drop your cloak! Be wary of the grenadiers, they spawn close. Best to melee them as they emerge from the force field.

Have fun.

For those wondering about Prime Mode. It seems that challenges you complete during it count for all characters, so its easier to level up in prime mode.

Still I don't like losing all my skills.

You DO lose your skills? Sucks to that, slightly faster leveling and some fancy Matrix icon is not worth having to lose every skill I've been dependent on.

Actually after looking into it a bit, I think your level just goes down to zero again. I have no real idea if it effects your skills. I hope it doesn't. Has anyone gotten it yet? I may try for Prime Mode over this weekend.
