post movesets for characters you wish were in brawl
WARNING:THIS TOPIC MAY CONTAIN SAILOR MOON(im gonna say this in any topic i make that may involve sailor moon, so these will be rare now but you have been given a heads up) constructive criticism is welcomed
Angry video game nerd:
B: Fip-off: flips off giving anyone near him 10%
B<>: Power glove: takes out the power glove and punches in front of him. high knock back. 25%
B^: NES: throws his nes controller and swings up, simmaler to ZSS. 5%
Bv: Sh*t: dumps a load on the ground and if you step on it you take 4% and half your speed.
Final Smash: Dr.Jekle and Mr. Hide: Makes the oponents play Dr.Jekle and Mr. Hide. 9000%-Instadeath
taunt^: "ASS"
tauntv: "What a sh*t load of f***"
taunt<>: "F***"
victory taunt 1: "I'm the f***in' nerd"
victory taunt 2:*Kyle Justin shows up and plays the last line of his theme*
victory taunt 3: takes out power glove and says "I love the Power Glove, it's soooo bad."
Stage: AVGN house
Item: rolling rock: does nothing untill you drink alot.
Assist Trophy: Kyle Justin: Plays AVGN theme for the rest of the fight

Mega Man:
B = blaster (hold to charge like in regular game)
v B = Select screen appears to select boss power or alter between a given amount of boss powers already decided by game makers. Then B does boss power like in regular games.
<> B = Mega Punch
^ B = Rush appears underneath him in jet mode and then use controls to fly Rush around for a brief time (similar to Pit's ^ B)
Final Smash: Super Adapter
Taunt: Classic pose after defeating bosses

Liquid Snake
B: Charge attack--From fighting on top of Metal Gear REX; Holding B charges up the attack, then Liquid dashes forward to beat the hell out of any unlucky SOB in his path.
B>: FA-MAS--Liquid pulls out a FA-MAS. Charging the attack makes Liquid fire more rounds.
Bv: Liquid jumps into the Air, then brings his foot down on anyone below.
B^: Parachute recovery: Liquid opens a parachute, and briefly flies upward. The chute continues going up, and can be used as a platform--until to goes to high and kills whoever is on it.
Final Smash: Metal Gear REX
Liquid hops into the cockpit of Metal Gear REX, then stomps around for a while. Full access to REX's machine guns, laser cannon, and rocket launchers. (No Rail gun for obvious reasons)
Grey Fox:
B: Dashes forward, then ends with a powerful downward slash.
B>: Grey Fox blocks all incoming projectiles.
Bv: Grey Fox activates his Stealth Camo Unit, and briefly becomes invisible..
B^: shoots upward, and if it connects, slashes up a the unlucky sucker.
Final Smash: Beam Cannon: Frank pull out his Beam Cannon, which replaces all of his attacks with variations centered on the cannon. It is also very powerful.

I've got a few of these.
Sabin Rene Figaro (Final Fantasy VI)
B: Fire Dance, Fire elementals dance around the stage and cause damage to whomever they hit. Attack lasts as long as the button is held.
B+>: Aura Bolt, Fires a powerful beam of energy straight froward
B+v: Suplex, Sabin grabs his opponent jumps high in the air, and slams them into the ground.
B+^: Air Blade, Sabin spins around using the wind to slash his opponents. the attack is similar to link's but Sabin fires projectiles out on ether side of him.
Final Smash: Bum Rush, Sabin leaps from opponent to opponent causing explosive damage each time. Keep tapping B to keep it going till all opponents are knocked out.
Stage: The Phantom Train. Watch out ghosts can possess combatants!
Taunt: Victory Fanfare, complete with music!

I see your Sabin Figaro, and I raise you a Kefka Palazzo!
B: Kefka uses Fire. Makes a fireball
B>: Kefka uses Flare. Makes a bigger fireball, and leaves the victim burning for a second.
Bv: Dancing Mad! A counter move, involving Kefka dancing around.
B^: Kefka Uses Float, and rises up into the air.
Final Smash: Light of Judgment: Kefka turns into his God of Magic Form, and moves into the background, firing his Light of Judgment several times, before turning back into his normal form.

I see your Kefka and raise you Edgar Roni Figaro, Setzer Gabbiani and Terra Branford
Edgar's moves
B: Auto Crossbow, hold B to send arrows flying at the enemy.
B+>: Drill, Edgar turns his opponents into Swiss cheese with his drill.
B+^: Chainsaw, like Link and Sabin Edgar spins around with his trusty chainsaw!
B+v: Bio Blaster, Edgar spews out deadly gas with this tool, poisoning anyone it touches but him. (poison causes damage over a 10 second time period, damage=5-8%)
Final smash: Air Anchor, Edgar can walk around and fire this Tool with B. When hit enemy's will self-destruct in 5 seconds. ammo 8 shots
Stage: Figaro Castle
Taunt: Victory Fanfare

Setzer's moves
B: Darts, Setzer tosses exploding darts
B+^: coin toss, Setzer flips a coin and jumps after it, doing a flip kick when catching it. both the coin and kick deal damage.
B+v: Dice, random damage
B+>: cards, throws cards in 3 round bursts.
Final smash: slots, gameplay pauses as Setzer hit's the slots with random outcomes.
lagomorph- 25% health recovery
flash-multi-colored beams of light flash across the screen doing massive damage
Chocobop- chocobos race around the stage
Magicite- random esper
7 flush- KO's all opponents
Joker doom-everyone goes bye-bye even Setzer!
Stage: Setzers Airship
Taunt: finger wag.

B+>: Bolt 3, Terra casts Bolt 3
B+v: Ice 3, Terra casts Ice 3
B+^: Ultima, Terra floats up into the air and casts the powerful Ultima spell
Final Smash: Transform/Magacite, Terra transformes into esper form which ups her stats and replaces he magic with espers. After she summons each esper once she reverts back to normal.
B: Ifrit/Shiva/ramuh (random)
B+<: Maduin
B+v: Alexander
B+^: Bahamut
Stage: The Floating Continent
Taunt: Quick morph and back.

I see your FF6 chaaracters and raise you Cloud & Sepiroth (C'mon, did you guys tink we could talk FF without 7 coming up?)
Seph.
^B-flies up while lunging
B- lunges forward, chargeable for extra damage
B>-dashes forward and slashes
vB- brings sword down in impaling motion, drops down fast in air hitting for double damage
Final smash: Supernova- shows scene simalar to FFF7, but a bit quicker, catches anyone in resulting explosion doing 5 dps for 20 seconds.
Cloud
^B- omnislash: a very weak version of Ike's final smash, cloud flies up and if some one is in his way, they are hit multiple times.
B- fire/fira/firaga: stadard spell, upgrades itself based on charge time.
B>- Bladebeam: swings sword creating energy wave
vB- sword block: holds sword out, reflects projectiles.
Final smash- omnislash 7: Just like Ike's, but with an animation similar to the end of Advent children. does 70 damage.

B↑ Flies upward at an angle
B throws a rose
B→ Extends his cane till it hits you
B↑ Does a seemingly weak punch that does massive damage

Solidus Snake:
B: a 4-hit combo, first with his swords, then with his robot arms.
B>: Rocket Dash: Solidus dashes forward, then ends with a powerful slash.
Bv: Robot arms shoot a few missiles.
B^: Solidus shoots upwards using his suit's rockets.
Final Smash: Army of RAY: Solidus vanishes, but three Metal Gear RAY units begin to terrorize the battlefield, lasting twenty seconds. However, they're uncontrollable.
EDIT:
Stage: Arsenal Gear. Occasionally, a RAY will take a brief shot at the combatants. Eventually, Arsenal crashes into Federal Hall, where the combatants fight for a while, until Arsenal pulls back, repeating the cycle.
Revolver Ocelot:
B: Ocelot uses his Colt SAA, which has ricochet shots. Ocelot needs to reload after six shots.
B>: Juggling Russian Roulette: Ocelot juggles three SAAs, firing a shot from each one. Needs to reload after eighteen shots.
Bv: EM Field: Ocelot turns on his EM field, deflecting all projectiles. (Similar to Fox's shield)
B^: EM jump: Ocelot uses his EM field generator to jump up, also damages enemies below him.
Final Smash: SOP System: All other enemies are stunned, while their damage counter steadily rises, leaving them at Ocelot's mercy.
Special Taunt: When on the Arsenal Gear Stage with both Solid Snake and Solidus, Liquid Snake's personality will briefly take over, and banter for a while with his brothers.
Stage: Big Shell: On top of a connecting bridge, actually. Every so often, the Harrier will take a shot at the battlefield, making a hole in it. It's eventually repaired by Cyphers.

I know Sonic is already in Brawl, but... C'MON, his ^ B should /REALLY/ have been Tails swooping in and grabbing him ala Sonic 2, /not/ some random pinball jumper. FAIL

Ridley (Heavy-class (King Dedede, Bowser, Donkey Kong, ect.)):
B: Tail Slash (like ZSS's gun-electro-whip swipe, causes a slight stun as it cuts the enemy)
> B: Flame Breath (like Bowser's)
V B: Maul - Grabs victim in jaws and takes a few bites, then throws them (sort of like Bowser's Superclaw).
^ B: Liftoff - Takes flight for a short period of time (like Pit or Meta Knight).
Final Smash - Ridley flies into the air and begins to channel latent Phazon energy, gaining invulnerability as he absorbs all damage for a short period of time - if Samus is in play, her Chozo power suit is ripped from her and consumed, forcing the player to participate in the rest of the match as Zero Suit Samus (unless of course that player breaks another Smash Ball later). At the height of this energy collection, Ridley emerges as the large and powerful Omega Ridley. This super-powered state only lasts for a very short period of time, but almost any attack is a guaranteed kill, much like Giga Bowser. As the Phazon energy is expended, this effect begins to fade. Large armor portions fall off Omega Ridley's body, and from the shell of the contstruct, Meta Ridley emerges. At this point he is very weak and slow, causing little damage. This effect only lasts for a short period of time, and then watch out! Full on ass-whupping ensues!
Alternatively, you can select to play as Meta Ridley to start the match (ala Samus/Zero Suit Samus). His move set is as follows:
B: Optic Lasers - Shoots laser beams from his optics, much like R.O.B. can.
> B: Flame Breath - Same as above.
V B: Missiles - Like Solid Snake's, in that it can be remotely controlled over a short distance.
^ B: Liftoff - Same as above.
Final Smash - Irradiates energy in a field that grows over time, catching anyone in range and suspending them as their damage meters increase. This continues for a short period of time until Ridley's power generator reaches critical, in which a huge explosion ensues and kills anyone caught in the blast (unless they somehow survive miraculously... I'm looking at you, Ike). He emerges from the aftermath as Ridely.
A small note for both versions of the character, Ridley can also impale the sides of stages with his tail, like Link would do with his harpoon chain or Samus would do with her grappling beam.

V B: Scratch - Robotnik deploys the badnik Scratch, who he grasps by the legs and swings wildly in a vortex.
^ B: Eggopter - An Eggman flying machine from the myriad Sonic titles flies up from offscreen to scoop up Eggman and carry him back to the stage; also runs out of fuel and strains from under the doctor's weight, falling to its demise after a short period of time.
Final Smash - Dr. Robotnik boards the Death Egg, and lays waste to the playing field with missiles, lasers, a horde of badniks, and even Metal Sonic makes an appearance, zooming back and forth, lasering any who cross his path!

the problem with Ridley is that, except in the original Metroid, Ridley is very, VERY big, around the size of Giga Bowser, which is why he was just an SSE boss and not a regular character.
Travis Touchdown (No More Heroes)
B: A chain of attacks with the Beam Katana
B>: Travis jumps foward, with a single, powerful hit with the Beam Katana.
Bv: Travis will charge up the Beam Katana, making it stronger for a brief amount of time.
B^: Travis will execute an upward slash, brigning him and any victim up with him.
Taunt^: "Is that the best you got?"
Taunt>: "C'mon already!"
Tauntv: "Bring it on!"
Special Taunt: If Zelda, Peach, or Zero Suit Samus are on the field, Travis will tell them he doesn't wan to kill them, only to get severely pissed when they mock him for it.
Final Smash: Dark Side Mode: Travis will get randomly get one of several Dark Side Modes:
"This is the End!" All opponents slow down, but Travis becomes much, much faster.
"Strawberry on the Shortcake!" Travis becomes incredibly fast, and his attacks will knock opponents back extremely far.
"Blue Cheese Brownie!" Travis slows down, but becomes invincible, and his Beam Katana now shoots energy bolts.
"Cranberry Chocolate Sundae!" Travis again slows down an becomes invincible, but as he approaches his target, both he and his target freeze, and a prompt comes up with a random button. Pushing this button executes an insta-kill.
"Anarchy in the Galaxy!" Anyone who isn't blocking or dodging as this attack goes off suffers insta-kill. After the main blast, any survivors, or anyone who re-enters the arena too soon, suffers high damage.
Stage: Santa Destroy: A four-part arena that changes similar to Castle Siege:
No More Heroes Motel: In the parking lot. A very basic stage with no real hazards.
Body Slam Beach: On the beach, there are bulkheads yo can stand on, electric fences that deal minor damage, and a few landmines that deal moderate damage.
Subway: Trains deal heavy damage, but otherwise no real hazards.
Streets of Santa Destroy: Outside the Bank. Watch out for cars.
And items:
Schpeltiger: an item similar to Wario's bike. It has a rocket boost, just don't ram into any obstacles...
Support Trophy: One of the Ten Assassins will run about the battlefield, causing havok. (Henry replaces Letz Shake, while Jeane replaces Dark Star)

I know, that's always the first thing anyone says about his inclusion in the game, but I love me some Ridley...
I was always of the mind that every hero in the lineup should have their arch nemesis in-game, as well. Poo

Robotnik's is great, but needs more Pingas attack. Ridley could have easily been resized. Great Movesets.

Dark Samus:
B: Hyper Beam: Dark Samus fires a harmful beam. It takes a moment to fire again, however
B>: Multi-Missile: Fires several small missiles that can track an opponent, but do much less damage than Samus's missiles.
Bv: Super Bomb: Has a much larger area of effect than Samus's Morph ball bombs and do more damage, but they have a longer fuse.
B^: Phase Jump: Dark Samus phases out of space time, reentering above where she was, and doing damage when phasing in and out.
Special Ability: When holding the Jump button, Dark Samus will float in the air for a short amount of time, similar to Peach. She can still attack and defend while doing this.
Final Smash: Metroid Prime Core: Dark Samus reverts to being the Metroid Prime core, and floats around. In this form, which only lasts a brief amount of time, Dark Samus will phase out of space-time when attacked, and can attack with powerful beam and grapple attacks.
Stage: Phaaze: The main platform is breakable, making fighters drop into a damaging pool of phazon.

No, he couldn't. Taking a 20 foot tall dragon and turning him into an 8 foot tall dragon would just look awkward.

Shadow the hedgehog
speed: a little slower than sonic
strenght: a little more than gannondorf
standard special move: "homming attack" justl ike sonics
side special move: "chaos spear" he shoots golden spears at enemeys
up special move: "chaos control" he disapears in time and shoots upwards
down special move: "spin charge" just like sonics
final smash: "super shadow" just like sonics but he turns into super shadow.
taunt up "i am the ultimate"
taunt side "foolish mortals"
taunt down "you cant stop me"

What's the trade-off? He's slightly slower than the fastest character available, but he's stronger than Ganondorf, who is insanely powerful as it is.
EDIT:
Gordon Freeman:
A attacks: Crowbar whack
B: Pistol: Gordon fires his 9mm, causing mild damage. Randomly, he may instead pull out the much stronger Magnum.
B>: Shotgun: Gordon will fire a round from his Shotgun. Charging the attack will fire both barrels at once.
Bv: SMG: Gordon fires several Rounds from his SMG. He fires more the longer the attack is charged. Charging all the way will end the chain with an SMG Grenade. randomly, however, he may instead use the Combine AR2 Pulse Rifle, ending with a Combine Pulse Bomb.
B^: Gordon rides a Security Camera Drone upwards.
Gravity Gun: Any time Gordon grabs an enemy or item, it's always with the Gravity Gun.
Final Smash: Portal Storm: A Portal Storm occurs, causing heavy damage to all players, breaking anything that can be broken (Crates, breakable terrain, etc.), and finishing by showering the stage with Headcrabs, Zombies, and Combine Soldiers.
Stage: Black Mesa: a nondescript area in the Black mesa Reserch Facility. Watch out for unstable/explosive scenery, and various angry aliens teleporting in at random. (The G-man will occasionally appear, out of reach)
Assist Trophy: Vortiguants: Three Vortigaunts will appear, and begin causing damage in the way only a Vortigaunt can.
Item: Health pack: Heals 75% of the users damage

Sailor Cybertron is a Sailor Mercury "Redeco" with brown hair and purple where she has blue
B: Acid Bubble: Shoots a bubble that gives 5% and stuns the opponent.
B↑: Teleport: Teleports in purple flame and reapears in purple flame causing 10%
B←→:Blow Kiss: Blows a kiss with high knockback and causes 13%
B↓: Flare-up: Engulfs him/her self in purple flame. Simmilar to B↑.

Richter Belmont:
A Attacks: Vampire Killer Whip
B: Knife Toss: Richter throws between one and three knives.
B>: Axe Toss: Richter Tosses an Axe in an upward arc
B^: Super Jump: Richter makes a very high jump
Bv: Holy Water: Richter tosses a bottle of Holy Water at his feet, causing a short line of blue flames
Final Smash: Hydro Storm: To make it short "It takes a true badass to make it rain indoors." Everyone but Richter takes heavy damage.
Alucard:
B: A hard swipe with his sword
B>: Hellfire: Alucard warps a short distance, then fires three fireballs in one direction, fanning out slightly.
Bv: Shield: Alucard pulls out his shield, blocking damage, but from only one side.
B^: Form of Bat: Alucard turns into a bat, allowing him to fly around freely. (Similar to Pit's B^)
Final Smash: Alucard Shield Special: Alucard's speed increases, and holds his shield out. he becomes invincible, and anyone or anything that hits him not only takes heavy damage, but also heals Alucard.
Dracula (A slower, but stronger variation of Alucard):
B: Dracula tosses a a few bats at his enemy
B> Super Hellfire: similar to Alucard's Hellfire; Dracula teleports a short distance, and fires three slow, powerful chunks of Brimstone.
Bv: Dark Spikes: Dracula makes a few spikes erupt from the ground a short distance ahead of him.
B^: Dracula becomes a flock of bats, allowing him to float around, and causing minor damage over time to anyone he asses over.
Final Smash: Demon Form Dracula: Dracula becomes a massive demon, very similar to Giga Bowser.
Special Taunt: If Dracula is in the field with Richter, in the Castlevania-based stage, they'll do their pre-fight banter from the opening of Symphony of the Night.
Stage: Clock Tower: A viciously dangerous stage; whirling gears provide half-way decent platforms as long as you don't stand still on them; spikes lining the floors cause heavy damage; and Medusa heads will cause minor damage.
Assist Trophy: Death: Death, a long-time friend of Dracula, appears, personally attacking people with his scythe, and causing small scythes to fly around at opponents.
Item: Boomerang Cross: Flies a short distance forward, causing moderate damage. If it isn't caught, it'll start flying in the opposite damage until it hits a wall or flies off the stage.

It's been a week, so I don't feel too bad about double-posting:
Dante:
A Attack: Dante attacks using Rebellion
B: Dante uses his pistols, Ebony&Ivory.
B>: Stinger: Dante does a powerful forward thrust with his sword.
B^: Air Hike: Dante does a third jump, along with a quick slash
Bv: Helm Breaker: Dante does a small leap upward, then finishes with a hard slash downward
Final Smash: Devil Trigger: Dante turns into his demonic form, becoming faster and stronger, along with the ability to float, and his damage heals over time.
Vergil:
B: Vergil executes a slash that travels a short distance
B>: Vergil dashes forward, and slices whoever is in the way (Similar to Ike's B>)
B^: Vergil does a powerful upward slash, similar to Marth's B^
Bv: Vergil swings his blade around, stopping any projectile that comes towards him.
Final Smash: Devil Trigger: Much the same as Dante's Devil Trigger, Vergil trades power for speed, and his B^ is replaces with a move similar to Zelda's B>.
Assist Trophy: Trish: Trish appears on the battlefield, shooting everyone else with bullets and lightning.
Stage: Temen-ni-gru: The fight starts at the top, where Dante and Vergil fight for the first time in DMC3, but moves first to Cerberus's chamber, where the demon dog will randomly attack everyone, and then to the room in the bottom (From the second Vergil fight) where Jester will bounce around, occasionally attacking people. The fight will then move back to the top, and repeat.

B: Plays on a Snare drum, causing shock waves.
B^: MIC Tether: Throws his mic up and tethers to the nearest ledge
B<>: Fox Dash: Simmiilar to fox's
Bv: bass drum: summons a bass drum and steps on the pedal, tossing back all projectiles and countering any move thrown at him
Final Smash: Drum Solo: His full drum set falls from the sky, he humps in and plays a drum solo, blasting waves all over and instan KOing anyone who touches or lands on his drumset
^ Taunt: Takes out his sticks and twirls them
<> Taunt: "oohh, oohh, BLACK DIAMOND!"
Vtaunt: Plays the "Air Drum"
Alt Costumes: No Makeup, Peter Chris, Various Pallet Swaps

Superman
Double jump initiates brief flight time.
B: Laser vision- can be done continuously by holding down B.
<B>: Ram- Supes flies forward, grabbing enemies and slamming then into the next thing they hit.
^B: take-off: Superman flies up twice as high and fast as his normal jumps.
\/B: Crush: Superman punches enemy into the ground, stunning them.
Final Smash: Super throw- Grabs enemy, flies up to top of map, and throws them don for tons of damage.
Superboy Prime
Moves same as superman, but slightly stronger and slower.
Final Smash: Retcon Punch- Superbrat punches a nearby opponent through the fabric of space and time, inflicting massive damage and teleporting target to a random location on the map.

Mattias Nillson
B: Assault Rifle--Fires a few shots from an assault rifle
B>: RPG-Fires an RPG shot
B^: Grappler line-Hooks anywhere above him (Off-screen if no terrain is available) and slowly climbs up, until the line snaps after a few second. Also leaves him vunerable.
Bv: Grenade-Mattias chucks a grenade
Final Smash: Bunker Buster-Mattias calls in an airstrike carrying a Bunker Buster, hitting a very large portion of the stage, and destroying any breakable terrain, but also leaving Mattias briefly vunerable.
Stage: PMC Vista--The vista Mattias stole from Solano. Watch out for the occasional chopper attacks.

E-102 Gamma
B: Gamma's gun functions as a machine gun, firing bullets as long at the button is held down. This is how his gun worked in Sonic X
B>: Missile: Gamma locks on to the opponent and fires a missile.
Bv: Mode Change: Gamma transforms into wheeled mode for increased speed.
B^: Jet Booster: Gamma uses his Jet Booster for short spurts of flight.
Final Smash: Gamma receives the Laser Blaster upgrade, then locks on and fires beams from all three barrels at once.
Taunt: "Resistance is futile." Gamma says this while pointing his gun at the opponet with his hand on the handle.
Victory quote: "Mission complete." He says this while striking his Sonic Adventure victory pose.
Stage: Egg Carrier

Heavy:
B: Shotgun: The heavy fires a shot from a shotgun
B>: Fires minigun. Does fairly decent damage, but takes a second to actually fire.
B^: The Heavy Fires his minigun downwards, getting brief airtime (Doesn't happen in TF2, but I wanted to give him a recovery move of some kind)
Bv: Sandvich: The Heavy eats a tasty sandvich, regaining some health, at the expense of leaving him immobile and vunerable for several second.
Final Smash: Heavy Rage: The Heavy gets nuts, and invincible, and begins a mad dash (Out of player's control) around punching people off the stage.
Pyro:
B: Flare Gun: Pyro fires a shot from his Flare Gun, leaving the opponent briefly on fire
B>: Flamethrower: The Pyro unleashes his signature Flamethrower, which (Like Bowser's Firebreathe or a Fire Flower) sputters out after time.
B^: Compression Blast: The Pyro uses a compression blast from his flamethrower, knocking away any items, projectiles, or people. Makes for a decent recovery move.
Bv: Hadouken: Alright, this should have been one of his taunts, but TF2 characters don't have a helluva large arsenal. The Pyro thrusts his arms forward, launching a fire ball a very short distance. The move is very slow, has very short range, but does amazing damage.
Final Smash: Pyromania: The Pyro spins around with his flamethrower, and is shocked to find out that the fire is quickly spreading to the rest of the stage. Does high damage per second on every surface in the stage.
