Still waiting on mine from Ages 3+. Last I heard they were "waiting on confirmation that Japan will be releasing them", which doesn't sound promising.

Oh Japan has released them. The issue maybe "did their Japanese source deliver?"

It is, however, taking a tour of the Pacific Northwest first. #-o

Ages 3 and Up, which is just across the border in Burnaby. They're no longer accepting US orders, sadly.

My Exhaust has arrived! I'm happy with it, though he does look a bit plain next to Wheeljack; it needs sticker badly.

So how much do you want to bet there are warehouses full of exhausts in Japan, or alternatively they're shelf warming horrifically?

Yeah but unless that was for Japanese 2nd hand retail, i'm sure the inflated prices are for the westerners.

Here's something that NO ONE saw coming.

TFSource apparently had their stock of MP Exhausts secretly repainted (by whom?) to further differ the deco from the Marlboro chevron.

This Twitter posted several pics, along with official TakaraTomy stock photos for comparison:

Apparently TFSource had their stock of Exhaust's customized in order to sell them.

And here it is. The TFSource repaint vs the original. Huge hood difference.

Here's the bot mode. Again, I'm pulling these off of a FB group. I didn't not buy one from TFSource.

Oh man, that's great for like the 10 people able to get theirs from TFsource after their listing was also pulled. actually, You know what, I'd say that's actually worse, their repaint is a detriment to the paint job; other places were able to sell it as is, for the second version anyway.

Lol, I just looked at the card, "any questions or concerns?". Uh yeah I have a few.

Number 1, can I get this dumb ass paint off?
Number 2, Was there not a better way of doing this, maybe a sticker?
Number 3, will Exhaust ever see another listing on tfsource?
Number 4, Seriously, was there not a better way of filling the red in?

Yeah thats what I am wondering, this is weird and it would eat up into any of their potential profits from this already very niche product.

:BANG_HEAD: WTF?! If they wanted a good go at the repaint they would have fixed the two angles that goes by the two sides that Tomy removed. Jeez! Much worst!

If TFsource did that, I'd get it at an instant.

FYI, just wanted to point out that one member on another board had shown that you can pretty much scratch off the paint job with your fingernails.
