They all looked better in the stream than in hand. Soundwave is a bit skinny since it seems like they tried to really stretch him from Deluxe almost Voyager height but he looked a little better on the table.

They kept stressing that these figures were only going to get a limited release on Pulse and Amazon so I'm curious how long they'll stay in stock. Maybe this is their version of a "First Edition" since we're so far from the game release and a proper SS Gamer Edition will come later to retail.

They also said these were on the boat and will be out before the end of the year, but Pulse says February so we'll see if they're being optimistic or not.

Rtron was talking about WFC/FOC Starscream, not Reactivate Starscream (which has its own thread).

Ah, right, an hour of sleep does that to me... 8-}

I got Starscream, and he isn't bad in person. Pretty nice and stocky really. Although something that I am getting annoyed with is them not giving us a tab on the back to store the arm after wave 1. I like using the weapon replacing arm gimmick, but I prefer to store the arm somewhere.

Ya think we're missing something obvious in regards to storing the limb?

Nope, there is no tab or anything to tab it.

Picked up Sideswipe on sale at Target today, he’s pretty cool! I was planning on just picking up the bots who appeared significantly in Fall of Cybertron, but at $14 I figured I’d give it a try. Certainly a massive improvement over the original Fall of Cybertron deluxe, the feet are pretty bad but the transformation is cool, it’s a fun figure overal!

The original was a repaint/retool of the abysmal Jazz. So it's not really a fair fight against the new one.

I got my sideswipe in as well. I wasn't super hot on him at very first, but after transforming him, I have fallen in love with him. He's fun! and he feels great in hand. And I love WFC/FOC Sideswipe, so it feels good to have a better version of him.

The only good thing the original G Sideswipe have is his ginormous gun.

Which was actually modeled after a gun that belonged to Optimus.

Exactly. That's why I gave the gun to FOC Optimus and tossed the Sideswipe in the trash.

I still have that Optimus with that gun I think. :-?

I really did Sideswipe's car mode. This is a good looking car!
