Agreed, don't go by the word of someone who probably has never seen the figure in real life. The design is masterful. It is not a toy and will break if treated like one.

Mine is in great shape. The cannon is definately heavy, however, with a little work, he can be coaxed into some great poses.

They should have rated it XXX. Over 21 only. ;-)

Wow. Thanks a lot for treating me like sh*t. I gave my simple opinion (and others have agreed with me as well, I'm not the only one.) and I get two personal attacks for it? Nice.

Consider both of these reported.

Ground control to Major Ted...they were refereing to username "Autoboto32" not you.

Chill

Back to the topic at hand...I seem to have figured out my problem with Megatron. The screw hole is oversized/rounded-out. Anybody think that maybe a lil creative use of super glue could maybe give that screw something to grab on to?

Huh??

We are trying to tell help others out by advising them not to listen to opinions and try and see one for yourself as some people can't seem to handle sensitive items or have been unfortunate and received a lower quality piece.

Not to mention, are you drunk or high? Neither of us even mentioned your name. ****, I don't think I've even seen your name on a post I've read before.

Don't go crying to the teacher if you have an issue with us. Address it like a man and atleast send a PM and I would have retained a level of respect for you.

P.S. Have you even seen MP Megatron in real life or areyou arbitrarily basing your post on what some people have written while ignoring what some others may have?

Ted IS Autobot032, he just changed his username for some reason (my guess is that he made too many enemies because of his racist attitude). As for my comments towards Ted or Autobot032 or whatever he wants to call himself, it was triggered by his comments regarding my supposed bad taste.

Ah, now it all clicks!

Atleast if he got hit in the head by MP Megs, he might actually know what it looks like irl.

Ok...let's forget Tedobot...or teddybot...w/e...lets forget that for just a minute. (besides, aren't multiple usernames frowned against?)

So...superglue to re-thread the hole...would it work? could it work?

Or do I just need to give up and let his arm hang at his side til Unicron reformats him? :/

So, the problem is at his shoulder joint, right? I also gather that the thread holding the screw is stripped that's why tightening the joint didn't work, am I right? If so, don't use superglue, it leaves an awful white crust around the area. Try modeling glue instead.
PS. if you posted pictures of the problem area, maybe we can get a better understanding of the situation.

You are correct, the thread for the screw is stripped out. So...superglue, or modeling glue would work for repairing stripped threads? I'll have to give it a try then!

So...any tips on how to fix stripped out threads with glue? : )

there is a white plumbers "tape" it has no glue or gum. It stretches over threads and plumbers use it for sealing pipes that screw together. You might want to try that if you can find it.

Hm...that sounds like a good plan. But how would I go about the application thereof? Wrap it around the screw?
