Yeah, looks good. That Universe Razorclaw is a great, great figure, but seems kind of tough to track down. I missed him at retail but got him about a year ago thanks to eBay and was pissed I skipped him in the stores. A lot of those old Universe toys are getting much tougher to find nowadays.
Anyway, not to throw a wrench into your plans, but according to the 'story' of Universe, wasn't Razorclaw a general or something in Unicrons' army? Not like that really matters for your purposes, but I think the big U already fancies Razorclaw....so you're going to make him pull extra duty. As for the Terrorcon army, I'd suggest Divebombs to go with your Scrapmetals.

The heralds of unicron were Armada Cheetor, Armada Terrorsaur, Armada Airazor, and Armada Rhinox.
Razorcalw would be a nice commander for them.
I used Hellsraem, Max-B, Dirgegun, and Thrustol for my heralds for Unicron.

So what if they're hard to find? That just makes success all the sweeter! They're great looking figures, I'm sure it'll be worth the trouble.

Thanks for the replies everyone.
My main reason for wanting them is because they all have beast modes that don't look too friendly, their bot modes look even less friendly and they all have close to the same color scheme, purple and black, which is apparently what Unicron likes for his heralds just look at Galvatron, Cyclonus and Scourge. I also like how they almost all have a type of melee weapon, that's a plus for me.

Unicron with most of his heralds as they were assigned by the AEC triology:

That depends what side you're on. I'm on my side.
Aren't we all? You must be new here. In time, most of us join the enemy... against ourselves.

Hmm, sounds cool

. But I do have a couple suggestions:
Universe Nemesis Prime:

Not sure how rare Nemi Prime is, but he's a cool figure. Plus, it even said on his box that he was built by Unicron. Add in the Dark Matrix that he comes with and you have a co-general for Razorclaw.
Universe Frostbite:

Great figure, and looks great as a Decepticon/Predacon. While he doesn't stay together perfectly in beast mode, the overall design of a hyena adorned with spikes and blades galore more than makes up for it.
So, are you also going to do a Primus army?

I'm already getting Nemesis Prime but he's not gonna be a herald of Unicron in my setting. He is gonna be another body built for Optimus by Alpha Trion that Optimus's spark rejected. The body and data archives for the matrix done by Trion were later stolen by the Vok and Quintesson alliance and they used the knowledge to create a void matrix using the negative sparks of decepticons. They then made a spark for the unused Prime protoform and brought it too life, however they found the dark sparks within the Void Matrix quickly warped and corrupted the new spark and were forced to put him in Stasis lock. They then kidnapped one of the Scourge sweeps and extracted the essence of Unicron to stabilize the subjects spark, sacrificing the sweeps laser core in the process. The newly animated transformer was dubbed "Nemesis Prime" for he was the sole enemy of every TF as well as the bearer of the Void Matrix, he had all the knowledge and wisdom of decepticons passed, he also gained their knack for treachery and he soon killed a large number of Sharkitcons and stole a battleship from the Quintesson starbase and left to start his journey to destroy the matrix of leadership.
So he has the essence of Unicron but he's not a Herald, he can use the same power that Unicron used to control Galvatron on any TF he gives life to and he can use it to some extent on Unicron's new Heralds.
I know I'm weird but my TFs are set in their own universe :p

So I just ordered a Nemesis Prime with buy it now on eBay because some jerk sniped my the one I was bidding on. Now I need to sale my other TFs so I can pay off a fellow Seibertronian for some TFs, well more than some, that he's been holding for me.
I figured I'd give each herald a troop of transformer drones to command, unicron would give the ones to his heralds and Nemesis Prime would construct his own.
They are as follow:
Nemesis Prime - 3 Scrapmetals
Universe Razorclaw - command over the other 3 heralds.
Universe Silverbolt - 3 Energon Divebombs
Armada Cheetor - 3 Energon Battle Ravages
Transmetal Terrorsaur - 3 Energon Doomlocks.
This way each bot has command over 3 drones, all used for gathering energon/reparing Unicron, except for Nemesis Prime's Scrapmetals, they just drain/gather enrgon and are used in battle.
Sound good to everyone else?
I'm also giving Nemesis Prime the Energon Spear from Allspark Skyblast if he can hold it correctly.
