After viewing the pics all I can say is that it was taken using a cell phone camera since they look terrible. What it is is anybody's guess.

it could be megatron's new body. If anything - it has to be some kind of prototype b/c these new movies toys will not be out for another 5 or 6 months (april/may) --presuming it'll be a June movie release date.

I see a screwed up Movie Leader Class Megatron...anyone else?

It looks like it has all the coolness of Movie Mega Megatron (i.e. None). So much like the rest of the Movie line: PASS!

Oh, please, don't let that be Soundwave. There's no blue color, where's the faceplate, the opening chest is not there, what's with all that kibble, oh please, please, please no. Don't rape my childhood again. Take me, but leave my childhood alone.

I'm happy to see that other folks noticed the FAB style that this thing has. It totally reminds me of my youngest sons FAB Megatron. Regardless of picture res. and the fact that I try to keep a somewhat open mind about this stuff, I just cannot buy into this one. I hope I'm wrong but the BS alarm in the back of my head is buzzing like mad.

any TF -in which the first pictures come out at this low resolution is most probably a hoax.

I hate when pics suck..but..
I hope this is remotely real, I'd love to see some of Soundwave.
And it doesn't look totally terrible.

Saying that pic looks especially good or bad is like looking at an ultrasound of a baby and saying the baby is good looking or ugly.

Although in this case, I'd go for the latter.

In plain terms, I think it looked ugly.

looks like the pictures that are supposed to be of the alt-mode are just the figure laying face down so its not even transformed.
for all we know it could be jetfire or some other character.

Not to be cynical but I find it hard to believe in this day & age, there would be a picture taken at a super low-resolution even on a cellphone.

Just go to the movie news link at the top of the page, and then type Soundwave in the search prompt... Takes you to all of our Soundwave movie news...the toy pics...the spoiler about the concept art, etc.
