Weeeeeeelllllp...it becomes obvious that the Hasbro one is a mistaken purchase.

Yeah, I had to splurge for the Henkei version and it was WELL worth it. That Hasbro green sucks.

I don't like the green on the Hasbron one either. Seems they coul dhave done a better job when compared the the Henkei one.

I usually don't buy Henkeis because I usually don't dislike the Hasbro version so much that it's worth the trouble and money to import...There are some obvious exceptions but for the most part, I stick with the local version...That said, I can honestly say that I think the Henkei version of Hound is a clearly better choice but not SO much better that I regret paying $10 for a slightly funkier green version...

I've ordered the Henkei as G1 Hound was my first tf so he'll always be my favourite and I wanted to get the best version of him (I wish he came with a tommy gun though)

Pricewise, Henkei is probably a couple of quid more than shop retail price. Bigger saving if I can be patient and buy the Universe one from somewhere like Play.com. But to be honest, I prefer the lighter green for the character, I don't like the chrome bull bars, and I don't like the yellow stripe. Always thought the original G1 toys overdid the detailing.
