S250 has provided the world a new image of previously announced voyager class Jungle Attack Ironhide. This new toy is a remold of 2007 Voyager Ironhide, with new weapons and new deco.

The new weapons include the machine gun and rifle for the truck mode. In robot mode, the weapons equip for Ironhide includes sword (by combining the knife and rifle) as well as crossbow weapon (by combining the all new front bumper bar for the hummer and the machine gun).

That almost looks like a cross bow.

This makes sense because everyone had been wanting zebra stripes and non-cannon gear.

It's not like anyone is waiting for ... oh, I don't know ... RED!!!!

Another Ironhide destined to become a shelf-warmer, just like ROTF gray version. Glad I've got accurate black version from 2007.

I uselly don't buy the toys,but this does look good,really.

That thing looks awful. Jungle attack? Looks more like African Safari Ironhide.

I need this.

Not a fan of the painted windows. But, I'll have to see a better pic of the accessories before I judge.

The "lightning bolts" look terrible IMO. I will pass on this unless the weapons are really cool or they come out with a red or solid black repaint.

I'm buying the currently available Ironhide, plus this one, and I'm going to Frankenstein them with the '07 original I have.

All black, with an accurate head, accurate weapons, and really awesome extras.

What does a robot who has access to missile launchers and lasers and stuff do with a crossbow, anyway?

Uggghhhhh!!!! How many ugly repaints are the going to make of this poor guy ??? First we had that blue "off-road" Ironhide. Next up was the premium repaint with that huge non movie accurate autobot logo on the hood. And then comes the ROTF grey repaint armed with a giant super-soaker on the cab. Now they bring us "Jungle Attack Ironhide". I dont recall any jungle scenes in either movie...

I also think this repaint looks pretty crappy, it looks like something that should be made on those Fast Action TFs not a voyager repaint.

Dang it, the photo, despite being pretty fuzzy, makes me take a step back from purchasing JA Ironhide. The weapon accessories still sound cool to me but the painted windshield and poorly thought out "jungle stripes"...gah, why, Hasbro, why? I mean, honestly, who comes up with these odd paint schemes? More importantly, who the heck approves these creative decisions and lets these repaints go to production?

I was originally going to find a 2007 Voyager Ironhide and get the more movie accurate weapons from RotF Ironhide whether I had to buy the entire figure or find someone willing to sell the weapons(unlikely). When I read about JA Ironhide, the accessories really piqued my interest and I held off on my plan to assemble my "perfect" movie Ironhide.

JA Ironhide may not be a lost cause for me, though. I think I could remove the stripes with some isopropyl alcohol and maybe even clear up the windshield too. Unfortunately the "metal" parts on JA Ironhide look like an awfully pale grey to me.

However, I'm just overreacting right now. I'll reserve further judgement and wait for better quality photos of the figure in alt AND robot modes. I'd also like to see what the accessories look like.

That is pretty funny..the one obvious repaint and instead they do 50 worthless ones. What do you think is next, Desert Camo or Artic Frost?

i have the blue iron but this j-iron looks ok. i like the idea that the weapons become part of his vehicle. i think this is an iron hide that ppl will work on and make there own iron hide. i might get this.. what im waiting for is an actual iron hide movie. i like the mode but it needs improvements. the closes thing to his vehicle mode is the alternator dodge ram-optimus prime. now comebind both and u got ur self the iron hide that we see in the movie. why well cuss of his trunk. i hate the fact that he has no trunk.. .... well i guess we can all dream....right

I dont know why ppl are complaining about this figure. My only small complain is that they havent release a red one but I prefered black color scheme anyway.

Truthfully I am lookin forward when this figure is released and glad that hasbro is now adding more accessories to their transformers cause that was one thing i hating with transformers compare to their Gi Joe counterparts.

That looks pretty cool. If it has the new head mold i might just pic it up.

NICE! When I think of jungles, I think of black trucks with lighting on them.
