It's an older mold, but it's also my favorite. Ever. So maybe a Club or BotCon exclusive.

That unreleased thing from Universe looks awesome!

Animated Arcee as Crasher
Don't know what they would call it, though. Shattered Glass Arcee, maybe?

Reveal the Shield Optimus Prime as... anything
Scourge, Toxitron, Ultra Magnus, anything! I will literally buy the first true recolor of that mold, just because it's not in that awful color set.

For me, just any repaint of RtS G2 Optimus Prime. Especially Nemesis Prime or Ultra Magnus.

For me he generations soundwae should have a repait as soundblaster.

Soundwave into Soundblaster too,
Jazz into Stepper,
Classics Prime into Motormaster
Inferno/Grapple into Hotspot
Classics Megatron into Galvatron (incredibly unlikely but it would be so cool).
The Seeker mold used to make Sunstorm

Inferno into Artfire
Jazz into Stepper with different clip-on accessories
Cybertron Brimstone into Swoop
RTS Prime into Toxitron
Energon Demolishor into Throttlebot Wide Load

I'd rather have an all new mold for Swoop, he's my favorite Dinobot. Brimstone was ok for the time, but I think the character deserves better. Energon Demolishor was a fun looking mold, I'd much rather have him repainted into someone a little more interesting. My two cents anyway. I like the rest of your ideas very much though.

I agree with the RTS Optimus suggestions, and would add "Huffer", as I remember the old minibot Huffer and think it would be really cool to have a more modern version of the toy.

Also, War for Cybertron Megatron redeco as Galvatron, new head and paint colors.
Trying to think of a current mold that would make a good Cosmos, but drawing a blank...

ROTF Leader Optimus Prime into Ultra Magnus (since we already got a Nemsis Prime-like Leader Class figure in the form of Nightwatch Optimus Prime)

a Powerglide repainted into Tailwind. Preferably that new one, since he looks small.

a delux class grimlok painted like trypticon.

Skyhammer painted into Springer.
Starscream repainted into Sandstorm.

Just a minor detail to fix on Classics Ultra Mags- he should be re-released in the Generations line with a blue mouthplate.

Also, perhaps they could make an Ultra Magnus variant of the Deluxe Class Classics Convoy for the Generations line.

-Animated Arcee with a more G1-like colour scheme (would have more white and would replace the dark pinkish-red colour with a lighter pink); might be able to be released under the Generations brand
-Universe/Classics 2.0 Galvatron with a colour scheme somewhat like that from the Challenge at Cybertron set, but with a light grey instead of white and with more purple
-Generations Soundwave remoulded with a new head, new weapons, and no claws on the front as Blaster
-RID Scourge from RTS G2 Prime (would probably be released as Nemesis Prime to avoid confusion with Generations Scourge)
-Generations Scourge repainted as a Sweep (preferably he would just have different applications of blue paint, and maybe some Decepticon symbols in his wings; even though it wouldn't be G1 accurate, a new head would be nice to further distinguish him from Scourge, although it would not be necessary)
-Generations Scourge as Alpha Trion, preferably with a new head, although it would not be necessary, since he already has a beard
-Here is my idea for making the Stunticons (would obviously not combine unless Hasbro greatly retooled each figure):
RTS G2 Prime (with new head)->Motormaster
Universe Sideswipe (with new head)->Breakdown
RTS Jazz (with new head, and maybe a different spoiler or front end or something)->Dead End
Classics Mirage (with new head and retooled area behind the cockpit so he can have an exposed engine)-> Drag Strip
Generations Blurr (with new head, but keep the guns)->Wildrider

Classics Silverstreak/Bluestreak/Smokescreen,(or movie Bumblebee with Bluestreak head) mass produced UNPAINTED (because you paint it) and named for an Autobot equivalent to an Eradicon.(Think about it!!!).

Sargeant Kup as G2 Autobot Illuminator boss Electro, with head swap.

Tf1 'Power of the Allspark' Landmine as G1 Hound or Cliffjumper.(With Head swap, which won't fit nicely in Cliffjumpers' case).

Clocker as War Within Streetwise and Hot Rod. Replace gun with a clip on roof/spoiler that can be used as a shield in bot mode. I bought a custom repaint of Clocker as Hot Rod and it really works.

Generations G2 Prime instruction booklet head remold as Powertrain or Ironworks.

Cybertron Ransack as Iguanus and War Within Groove.

Classics Jetfire as Cloudburst.

Classics Silverbolt head remold as Brainstorm. Saw a photoshop a while back and it really works.
