As long as I'm also allowed to post TFs I regret getting rid of, I regret getting rid of Softimus Prime.

Seriously, what could you possibly not like about this adorableness?

I found it at a TRU around the same time the 07 film came out, and now I somehow don't have it anymore. All I can say to myself is WHY?!?

That looks quite comfortable. Does it actually transform?

Yes, by turning inside out and then velcro-ing the legs together.

2007 movie Arcee and Wreckage. Saw them in my local toy store, but passed on them. I regret that so much now- especially with Wreckage.

Armada Demolishor, Beast Wars Rampage and Beast Wars Scavenger. They just went out of stock on TFsource- if only I'd snagged 'em!

I've only just got wreckage...I had the bludgeon version of the mold but stupidly sold it. I also sold Armada Demolisher as well :BANG_HEAD:

Luckily, those TF are quite cheap. Unfortunately, you'll have to pay shipping so...

BTW, I have a spare 2007 Arcee and Wreckage for sale. Anyone interested?

This thread is one of the most hurtful 'cause it brings back bad memories.

Dezaras ( I didn't buy him 'cause I didn't know him back then)

Scorponok G1 (I was late by just one day when it sold out.....(had to save on my lunch money back then)

Lancross (sure I got the recent re-issue ), same as Dezaras......didn't know of him back then. :BANG_HEAD:

He was indeed reissued, as part of the Micromaster collection. No boxset, just individually blindpacked. Though stores usually offer him complete with all members at once ;)

I kinda regret that during my whole childhood way into my early 30's I was only into video games.

Thus, I missed EVERYTHING. D:

Funny, I had the opposite problem.

Never had an N64, never had an X-box, never had a Gamecube, never had any of the cool consoles that were around when I was a kid.

This dosent make me feel any younger. :/
We were poor so when the new hot console was the NES, I had an Atari. When I was a teen and the cool new one was the Super Nintendo/Genesis, I had a NES and a Master System. Only when I was finally living on my own that I could go and sacrefice everything to get a Playstation when it came out in sep. 1995 and the rest after.

To get back on topic, I completely missed DOTM Commander Guzzle. I could have buy it for 11$ at Walmart but I passed it once or twice expecting it would go on sale. It never did. It was gone. Forever. Only Walmart ever had it. Now it's minimum 30$ shipped on Ebay. Sigh.

10 years ago in separate packs.

Too bad they, (Takara) ceased re-issuing their post Victory and Masterforce gestalts. Road Caesar,Liokaiser and Dinoking would have been awesome!

I only bought my first ever video game console in my mid teens, which was a Sega Megadrive II. Saved up for months to buy it.

Never owned many TF's as a kid, either. Just one G1 Mirage and a KO Devastator.

They would have been too big to be called Micromasters, as Landcross was sold as DX Micromasters to fit in with the Six-Combiners (Sixliner, Sixturbo, Sixbuilder, Sixwing, Sixtrain). I think I read somewhere that Dinoking/Monstructor was being considered at a certain point.

I regret not buying MP Grimlock at TRU a couple years ago, when they had a whole end cap display full of them.

I actually have two of the reissue Micromaster gestalts, Sixliner (with an extra gun for some reason :-? ) and Sixbuilder. I just never realised that the Multiforce were re-released in that range. I try periodically to track down the other micromaster gestalts as I quite like them...Getting the chase versions may be a pain in my rear end though...

Actually on topic, I missed out on getting the green Sixbuilder in a killer sale on ebay (I think it only cost £10 including P&P) I just didn't have the money :( I'm sure someone got it though. They can rest easy knowing I'm jealous of them :P

Also Fenir, I've got one third of Road Caesar (techincally, just as I techincally had one sixth of LeoKaiser when I was little with one of the Rescue force) as I had one of the european only issues (though they lacked the parts for combination)

I already posted here regarding the 2007 movie-verse figures...

On more recent times I've had two streaks of unluck:

First, I had the chance to score two DOTM Voyagers with 50% discount (not at once, but still), Shockwave and Fireburst Optimus Prime. I grabbed the Shockwave and waited till my summer-job was over to go after the Prime-figure. When I did, he was gone. There were several other Shockwaves, though. Really wanted that Prime...

Second, must've been a year later, I found BH Smokescreen and Prime RID Shadow Strike Bumblebee (In separate stores) I promised myself to wait till the summer-job was over, then grab 'em along with Voyager Ultra Magnus, but I had a chance to get one early. So I took the Bee. Later on I went toy-hunting, but scored zero on Smokescreen (but found several other black Bumblebees, go figure). Not to mention I also passed the opportunities to get BH Bulkhead (Not a perfect figure, by any means, but it would've completed my Prime-verse Wreckers team)

Now I'm waiting for AoE Generations to show up so I'll see what I'll miss there.
Probably all, though, since my retailers haven't sold a Generation's figure since the very first FOC figures...

Oh man, this is really topical. Someone had 4 MP-13 soundwaves he was selling at 140$ cdn each locally. I didnt have the money on had then, I would have it in two weeks. I was able to find the casettes for cheap online in the meantime and paid them with my credit card. I finally got the cash for soundwave the other day and when I contact him, I am told that he no longer has any.

I should have just bought it the moment he said he had some. Now I have casettes coming in the mail with no MP soundwave to insert them into :(

This is your best bet. Sure, you have to pay shipping, but it's totally worth it and guarantee 100% real.

I blew all my budget on preordering MP-10 from them today. I will sell the casettes to recoup my costs

DONT DO THAT. You will regret it in the long run. 1st, youwill LOSE money doing so. Second, you will buy a MP Soundwave enentually and you'll have to rebuy the cassttes all over again.

When I was young, I used to sell ALL my old video games whennever I bought the new console. Then, years later, I had to rebuy them all, often having to pay 2 or 4 times the price originally paid. Sometimes, the lost game was forever out of my price range, or could never be found again. Same things is happening with your MP Cassettes. You think you'll be getting back some money now and maybe you will. However, future you is climbing aboard his time machine to give you a slap behind the head as we speak.

Keep the cassettes. Wait a few months if need be. Buy MP Soundwave or Soundblaster. Be happy you have the complete set.

There are so many I regret passing up on namely universes Wreck-Gar, Wheeljack, WFC Soundwave, most of the animated line and many more. Right now my biggest regret is not getting TW Grind Rod when I could as he is virtually impossible to find at a less than ludicrous price.

And whilst I regret losing most of my G1 figs I use to have as a kid, the one that I actually seem to miss the most is a Gobot  named Spy Eye.

Bah, no biggie. Gobots are not really in demand so their price is not so HO MY GOD WHAT THE HELL?!
