Feh. If you can't appreciate them, fine. Leave them for someone who will. I have Twinstrike and Hun-Gurr, and feel you're making a mistake on passing on them. Twinstrike, in particular, has a very satisfyingly complex transformation for a Legion-class figure, and both look very nice in either mode.

I look forward to my Tuesday. On that day, Abominus will be whole, and fear will rule the Cyberverse.

BH Ratchet and Dreadwing from Amazon. And Amazon needs to stop shipping things in boxes smaller than the packaging of the product. Grr...

Windrazor, Rippersnapper, and Blight arrived from BBTS today.

Windrazor is a great figure.

Rippersnapper and Blight would be great, too, if they didn't have QC issues. Rippersnapper can't hold his gun and his robot-mode head is prone to falling off, Blight has one robot foot/beast hand that's really floppy. I suspect Rippersnapper's problems may be endemic to the mold, but I'm fairly sure I just got a defective Blight.

If anyone else gets these figures, please let me know if you also experience issues.

Got myself a new Twinstrike to replace my broken one.

Also a couple Hun-Gurrs to sell on ebay because I am aparrently the scum of the earth.

How exactly did it break? Is it the rotating panel on the back legs? If so, that appears to be fairly common issue with this guy.

It was. I'll have to be more careful with this one.

Damn shame about the breakage, because otherwise it's a neat little toy.

Anyone else having trouble locating Cyberverse Hardshell?

Target and TRU don't seem to have him...

I saw one or two at a local Walmart the other day. I haven't seen very many at all, though.

I've seen Trailcutter a few times, but never Hardshell.

I saw a few at Target the other day, but that's it. I saw Cyberverse Shockwave in a store before I saw Hardshell. There's a reason I do most of my toy shopping online these days.

I have to say that out of all the lines today my favorite is definitely the Prime/Generations sets as of the last 2 to 3 years. I feel like the toys have been well designed over all and really detailed and articulated.

I found Voyager Shockwave and Cyberverse Hardshell at Target! They actually had several of each.

grabbed hun-gurr, skystalker, ratchet, and dreadwing the other day.

there are tons of hardshell in my area. hun-gurr is a pain to find though.

That's cuz Hun-Gurrr is a scalper target.

I managed to find Hun-Gurrr the other day, but I still haven't seen Hardshell. Too many Optimus and Predakings hanging around.

Picked up FoC Kickback today. Love this mold. I need more of him to make my own insecticon army. Waiting for Prime Ultimate Class Predaking to pop for Pre-order and Deluxe Prowl. After that I will be all set for this line of toys. My Pre-Order of BH U. Magnus and Grimwing should arrive soon.

I dropped the cash on a Transformers Prime Beast Hunters Deluxe Bulkhead via Mean Collectibles on Ebay.
He was a couple of quid more than the standard retail cost but I wanted to grab this nicely coloured figure so I could repurpose him as my Classics Deluxe Brawn!


I will crack him open after breakfast!

I also spotted the same thing in the recent Gallery photos, so its not just mine!

The swirly-ness in the plastic is intentional. I know at least Wheeljack and Bumblebee have the same thing.

I remember the swirly-ness of ToyWorld's plastic miffed a lot of fans on their Hegemon/Megatron and Grind Rod/Rollbar figures; have Hasbro been putting out swirly plastics for a while or...?

Thought it was 'frowned upon' !

This is a different kind of swirly. It's a new technique that puts random "weathering" patterns in the plastic. I've yet to see one in person, so I can't really give an honest opinion about it.

I feel like posting pictures of my latest hauls, anybody? They should be up later this week.

Pictures are always good! As for the swirly plastic effect, it varies from figure to figure. The only one I really think it looks good on is Wheeljack, on whom it looks fantastic! Also, it's clearly the plastic which is itself swirly, not just paint. Kinda like half-mixing a food coloring into a liquid, you get that effect of it being random threads of color randomly throughout.
