I never could buy the takara one (Lack of credit/debit card...) and I highly doubt that Asda would have it, even if wal-mart is it's parent company...

Excellent news. My Walmart always gets exclusives in... Even if it takes an extra month. For instance, the Devestator set is now sitting on the shelves...As in it was just stocked for the first time last week.

Hopefully they'll have a ton of this fella and he'll go on clearance for like $30. I'd make a freaking killing selling them on ebay at a later date.

I might just have to take a job at Wal-Mart..

Nope, checked seven different stores over 2-3 months and didn't find anything (but I did find plenty of older Alts). I went through the same thing with Swerve and eventually got him online.

This is great. Exactly what I was waiting for. I just hope he makes it to the Canadian WalMarts.

I hope the packaging isn't the same as 20th primes, that packaging sucks royally!!! I liked the book style it was more collector friendly and didn't have the same stupid twist ties in them!!!

well I just read the article, and yeah, there is no mention of a cape or crown. i think the interchangeable head just means the face turns like in MP-03. I will buy this one definitely seeing as how I missed out on the other Masterpieces.

I can't wait to display my Waspinator in front of the Masterpiece Starscream, like in that Beast Wars episode with him as a ghost.

I will be getting this too. If I am lucky I can pre-order him online from Wal-Marts. If not, then I will *sigh* be having to make a trip. A 10-13 mile trip on a bike. But he will be worth it though

If not, then I might be able to get him for Christmas instead if he is still on sale by then.
