Apparently there are rumors that Michael Bay won't be directing the next 2 Transformers due to his involvement in other multiplei projects.

If he decides to hand over, I can only recommend one person.

Nelson Shin.

He is the guy who directed the animated movie and is one of the best if not the best.

You can read more about him here:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nelson_Shin

Why on earth would you hand the reins of a live action blockbuster to a guy that's only made animated movies?

Va'al and I discussed those "rumours", they're just that, "rumours". We came across one article that goes on in great length about how there's a high chance he won't be returning, it linked to an article with the original interview with MB and there was barely no mention of him NOT returning, rather the author of the "rumour" article read far too deeply into it and decided to twist things around. As such, other outlets have done the same thing.

It's Sunday. I know about your country's ancestry but literally stealing time is ridiculous even for you.

Yes but there was a small segment of the British Empire that were just that little bit better at stealing. So they deported them.

And forever antagonised them by insisting on keeping our monarch on their currency. Not that they need any on account of their stealing everything.

Deported them to the deadliest most poisons place in this solar system, believing that they would die off, not counting on evolution turning them superhuman.

Australians are essentially real life Morlocks. Probably hairier.

Back on topic...

I wouldn't mind seeing a James Gunn-directed Transformers movie.

To be clear: I don't want to see Micheal Bay's quit, I want to see Michael Bay beign kicked out by Hasbro.

Unfortunetly, this discussion is kindapointless for as long as it isn't officially confirmed. Plus, it really isn't hard to find someone better than Michael Bay.

"Best Director Besides Michael Bay"   :???:

If you're going to say stuff like this then maybe back it up with examples, otherwise you just come across looking like another boring mind-numbing Bay-hater.

Hasbro would never kick bay out, he brings them bags marked with green dollar symbols (ok, maybe not, but you get the idea). Unless Bay does something horrendous to make Hasbro distance themselves from him, bay will either quit and pursue other work which will net him money, or Hasbro will beg him to stay.

Just as you predicted....

While he's still working for Paramount, it seems that he's really not returning for TF5 this time.
