I agree. I just thought this was the best place for it to be seen. There's no way they'd use it in the movie.

Agreed for the movies but it would look GREAT to me as a purely G1 based character for a video game, that I would love to see and imagine being able to play as both and factions like the 2007 movie game only with graphics close to that...playing as Devastator would be awesome to say the least.

Also, yes, the artist that created that is VERY talented and I first saw that picture myself last October 2007. I wish I could do that!

Where did all the wheels come from on his thigh, though?

They are either:

1. Part of Long Haul. In which case I have to see each of them in their individual modes. Hell, I have to see that anyway. If he even modeled them.

2. As someone who's modeled TF's before, Prime and Jazz, both for school, I can say that a lot of stuff is only really added for aesthetic reasons, though in my stuff I my sure everything has a place and reason.

Oh yeah! That is one cool pic of him too. I had it featured on my background for a long time. There are others like it too. Theres Fortress Maximus, an aerialbot, Blitzwing, Megatron.

Do you mean Draven's Fortress Maximus from the fan-made CG clip TF Redemption?

Because that's okay... It's just the toy with a few extra joints. The decals for the toy are made into textures and put right on the model that way, but that's really lame because he should have modeled the details of those decals.

And most of the transformations in that clip are kind of lame. It is pretty old though, and he had a life outside of TF CG clips in Lightwave.
