It isn't so much the Sector 7 story, as it is the bad acting and the second rate production of it, in my opinion. :-(

True. In my opinion it is making the movie seem cheesey. It's like watching a bad knockoff of that TV show "V" where the aliens eat mice and were lizards.

I noticed that the gray running time bar or whatever it's called at the bottom doesn't totally fill up when the video plays. Could there be more to this video that we haven't seen yet?

And according to the tfw2005 forums, there was an email from a David Kaye there.

But like GetterDragun said, it's getting kinda boring on sectorseven. They need something like an actual communication from a transformer or even a video of Megatron acting up to spice things up.

Now here's a thought: Since we left the first version of the S7 site before all the drives and buttons were unlocked, do you think we might get a new password that goes back to that version, but with new content?

Are these "webisodes" the type where if you do not see them, you are pretty much screwed? I hope not, cause they are way boring.

Agent Powers' acting is just so LAME

Dr. Rebecca Howard's isn't as bad.

Still, it's pretty dull without any actual TFs. The only notable exceptions were the vids of Grimlock, Refelctor (?) and Kickback.

It's part of an ongoing game going on. An alt-universe type thing where the movie is a propaganda piece which will keep hidden from the public the realty that Transformers do exist. A majority of gamers are trying to stop Sector 7 and get the truth out before the "deadline date" of the movie.

If you don't want to be part of the game, don't complain. Just don't join.

S7 is a good idea but they need to put more time and money into it. They are spending tons of money on giant tarps with the TF logo on it but put little money (if any) into a good tie in. Put some of that money into the S7 site.
On another note, I liked that E-mail about Beast Wars Megatron. I wounder if that was really from David Kaye.

Hang on, there was a thread about this new password yesterday. Where did it go?

I like it. The acted ones are pretty bad, but the little faux-home movie clips of various transformers were awesome.

Does their logo say "Established 1930" or "1830"?

The last video posted made it look like a bad adult film...

The thing that was stupid about the last clip was the graphics display that showed where Dr. Howard was. If there really is an explosion at her loction, you will never see a fire explosion on the computer generated display!

I definitely give you the cheese factor for the Computer-Schematic-Explosion, and the quality acting (it's not THAT BAD!!!), but I'm enjoying my little stint over at the StopSectorSeven Buzznet site...

I'm still pretty new to Alternate Reality Gaming though (light participation in the Halo "I Love Bees" ARG a few years ago), and have difficulty wrapping my head around the 'facts' that come about...

But, feel free to join the Buzznet site and help contribute, and if you want another little article about the ARG, check out this one over at ARGNet...
