I don't know exactly how it works but it looks like some kind of puzzle you do with a webcam or something...

I've seen this before,
Not the product the gimmick. Jack's Jerky Links I think it was did it with their mascot the Sasquatch. It's a digital thing you can do with a flat surface and a vid, in which you super-impose a prexisting CG Animation onto it and the vid looks as if the character is standing there. Nothing Holographic about it, just a web vid trick. So in the future there will probably be a web link on the ROTF official page or a website in the DVD/Blue Ray packages that has custom Optimus animation and puzzles and jazz.

Might be exclusive to Web Cams, might be applicable to any web loaded vid or even still image.

Neat trick, but not enough to entice me to buy this movie.

I'll try to find a link, might clear up things a bit more.

No prob, I don't know if it is exclusive to a web vid, but here's the link I told you about with what looks to be the same gimmick. For a more interactive experience like they're trying to play off with the puzzles, you may need a live streaming web cam.

We won't truly know however till someone gets their hands on this deal. So till then, have fun playing with the Sasquatch he he he.

I loved their commercials. They were so funny.
