Galvatron is the Silver Truck

Galvatron is the silver truck.

Edit: Excellent, thank you Autobot032!

This is not what I was expecting, but it does make sense. His arm is a giant cannon. Megatron’s last form was a truck. I guess I am surprised that his cannon isn’t in his alt mode. I suppose he is more "in disguise." I suppose he could do a Wreckers thing and have it come out of his truck mode.

What do you guys think?

It's been confirmed. The Silver and black, flatnosed, truck is indeed Galvatron.

Where has it been confirmed? Toy Fair? Didn't see any packaging for his toy.

Confirmed I do not know about. But when I saved the image to find out what it was named the image was titled Galvatron. It could be misinformation but I don't think so. Perhaps it was confirmed in one of the presentations.

Even if oficial concept arts Soundwave for example was called "Breakdown". Also, this kind of source is... well... you know, right?

Better not, Galvatron should have an awesome Cybertronian "Manifestation of Power" alt mode.

Hasbro. The official images have his name attached to the photos. These pictures came directly from Hasbro themselves.

Is that Galvatron?

Ok, is the Freightliner Galvatron? I know they revealed the toy recently, and confirmed that the dude who cut the car in half in the trailer transforms into the Freightliner...any word on who the dude is? Perhaps Galvatron?

You pretty much answered your own question...

But yes, the Freightliner Argosy is indeed Galvatron.

Umm, maybe the hunderds of Pictures from the toys that show that character and call him Galvatron?

Quoted from the Hasbro Presentation summary from the first day of Toy Fair 2014:

Wave 2
Hound (comes with 7 weapons)
Galvatron (flat nose truck, black)

Not to mention that Hasbro themselves named the Argosy Galvatron during the Toy Fair pre-show presentation.

Wait, people are doubting the validity of Galvatron being the truck even after all the extensive Toy Fair coverage this site has had all weekend? :HEADHURTS:

I know, right? You have no idea how many times I just closed my laptop out of frustration because of the "Where are people getting this info that the Argosy is Galvatron?" questions on Facebook and other places.

Now if we're doing some facepalm shenanigans, let's get relevant here.

I forgot that spending time watching 'the extensive Toy Fair coverage' is a prerequisite of daring to have the chagrin of asking a question about the movie on this website. More facepalms required for those obvious basement dwellers please! :KREMZEEK:

Guys, there is obviously no way to prove the Argosy is Galvatron and that he's the same guy as the big bot in the trailer until we actually see him respond to the name "Galvatron" in the film and then visibly transform into the Argosy. Hasbro obviously gave one character the wrong alt mode and name to throw us off until the movie.

Yes...I forgot to add an emoticon.

Nobody here consider this announcment is fake, aren't you? So far all we have are announcement, and names and roles of Transformers are changed in final movie. So far all we know could be fake, most propably it's fake that gonna be a good movie.
