Need Mod or someone's Help - Orionjaxx - ripped me off on trade for my MP soundwave

I have recently gotten ripped off by member orionjaxx on here. I was trading my MP soundwave for some beast hunters figs. Everything was set to mail out last Tuesday the 3rd. They assured me they would mail. So I mailed with tracking and gave it to them. I had pm'd to ask if they shipped and they gave me the run around. Thursday they tell me they haven't shipped and are waiting for my item to arrive. This was not part of the agreement at all. Finally I keep emailing this person and they said they would ship Saturday or Monday. Well that time has come and gone. I emailed them again and said I would pursue charges on them as it was becoming clear they were going to rip me off. I get answer back telling me to basically F-off and they would ship if they felt like it now.
I have emailed everyday and now basically am screwed. Won't give me the decency to write me back now.
I need help what do I do? I know who they are, have their address, ebay ID. Do I contact their police? Is there anything a mod can do to help me?
I'd be happy to provide their email address, ebay ID, home address to anybody who would like to contact this person to try and help me out.
