Surely it would be false advertising if they never actually released all 22. :-?

I had a dream last night, which had me in some kind of shop that stocked Thundertron!
Doesn't really count as a sighting really, though.. :P

Popped into my local Argos to see what they actually had in stock regarding the new catalogue listings.

Only interested in the new voyager and deluxe figures, so asked for one of everything in stock.

Weaponizer Optimus and one each of Bumblebee, Ratchet, Arcee and Wheeljack.
So none of the current waves the rest of the world seem to have had for ages.

While Im at it, where the flippin eck is the U.K. release of TF Prime DVD/BluRay? :-?

dvds of american cartoons (and tv shows in general) always take ages to be released here. I assume it must be because they have to translate everything. :BANG_HEAD:

TRU has the Kre-O Battle for Energon set for £39.99.
Haven't seen any wave 2 figures anywhere so far.

This weekend the Entertainer toyshop has thier DotM Deluxes down at half price; more importantly they have deluxes that I never saw on UK shelves, such as Dark steel, Autobot Armour Topspin, Air Raid and Spec Ratchet.

I forgot to add that all the Cyberverse Commanders, the Ark and RtS Deluxes are half price too (although some are out of stock); as the postage cost remains the same regardless of the ammount of items, its a good idea to plug some of those collection holes.

daaaamn, darksteel and air raid?? I thought we'd never get them...
Good job I didn't pay too much to get them from the US or I'd be kicking myself right now.
This is big new for the UK crew! Spread the word!

Dublin, Bray and Greystones (Toymaster and Smyths) all have up to Dreadwing/Ironhide for Cyberverse, Optimus Maximus, the Weaponizers... but only wave 1 Deluxes and Voyagers. :(

I was hoping for an Irish Steve. Or Dead End.

there were a review of Gen Springer on the front page the other day. Bloke who did it had on his youtube channel a vid where he says he got Vehicon and...sommat else I've not seen in shops...from Sainsbury's. Might be worth a nosey. I'd go to mine, but the only one I know of is other side of town and not on a bus route that I know.

edit:also got word that Kapow is shipping the first wave of AMW Microns out this week.

I found Cyberverse Breakdown, Soundwave, Evac, Ultra Magnus and NW Optimus Prime in John Lewis today, along with deluxe Hotshot & Knockout (no Vehicon sadly); Argos also have Kreo Vortex in.

Now, where’s my micro changing kreon?

Nice to hear that Hotshot is on the pegs. Will have to look for him.

Postman delivered my AMWs today, from Kapow Toys. Only had a chance to put together the green guy version of AM Cliffjumper's gun, and it's bloody fantastic. A wee bit tricky to get the legs stuck on to the body, but now he's done he's great. Gave him to Thunderwing, because, really, that bot needs a multi-barrel blaster, and it's even the right colour!

Have the 3 that form the big sword, and the chainsaw kitty (formerly AM Terrorcon Cliff's weapon, now in red) but skipped the drill bull guy that originally came with Skywarp. Might pick him up if they've still got him, along with more of the others. Unless they end up being rubbish or a pain in the bum to build up, will report back.

Well I got sick of looking in stores, hunting for a Vehicon, so I looked on EBAY, steep prices, the AM one was cheaper then the Hasbro release which I found strange :S but it was still steep prices I think £25.50 with free postage I then noticed the Jet Vehicon was just 49p more expensive, with free postage, knowing we'll probably never see that one I ordered it, It should be here with me some time next week :D

On a side note, went into Manchester Forbidden Planet on Friday, they've got much more love for Transformers then the Liverpool store, they had a handful of both Hot Shot's and Knockout's so I grabbed one of the latter because I love the character. Once I painted the little sucker up with some detailing he's actually a great little toy, glad I got him! No Vehicon's there though, no surprise :/

Don't panic on the Vehicons. Wave 3 is only starting to filter out to stores the last couple of weeks, they will get more widespread. They may well become shelf warmers when wave 5 hits with 2 per case.

Yeah I figured I'll find an ordinary Vehicon eventually in stores so no need to pay £25+ for it when eventually I'll get it for normal price. But with the rumours we won't be getting the Jet Vehicon I just pounced on it!

So my jet vehicon arrived this morning! Oh my god, such a cool figure :D think I may do the arm mod though, will have to go back and look how easy it is to actually do, don't want to risk breaking this figure.

So would you recommend it? How does it compare to the ground Vehicon?

from what I've seen it appears to be the normal Vehicon, after taking some Red Bull.

Kind of waiting to get in trouble over my last post in the toys forum. I'm increasingly thinking that posting anything anywhere other than here or in hauls is a waste of my time and an invitation to unnecessary hassle.

edit- Bugger. After a suggestion from one of the guys at AA I was hoping I'd be able to swap out parts from the leftovers of an Animated Prowl that I only needed the head from to fix up my Samurai Prowl that came with one of the flat headed shoulder pins unattached straight off the card. Having had a look at how the fairing is attached I'd actually have to remove more pins to get the bloody thing off, so it's back to plan A: hot pinning the bugger in a very tricky to reach spot. I need to get hold of a soldering iron for some other projects anyway.

Has anyone actually seen any Transformers in the U.K. recently?

I ask as this thread seems to be getting a little off topic with people focussing on recent online store purchases. If these stores dont have a high street retail outlet then should these so called 'sightings' should be moved to the Toy Haul threads?

Back on topic : I havent seen any Transformers in the U.K. recently
Tried Argos again for the TFPrime Voyagers and Deluxe figures but my local stores still have the previous catalogues releases :-(
