Piccy of sideswipe next to starscream (on his stand). It's night and the walls are lime green, hence the tint to the image.

Upsy daisy!

Noooo, I meant in the comic or G1 series as I have MP Sideswipe and MP 'Seekers' , my point being the MP Seekers have stayed the same height despite being released across different years, whilst MP Prime has been reduced in height and then MP Sideswipe has turned out Alternator sized? :???:

Ohhhh, teach me not to pay attention. I was glad to have a reason to test an FTP app on the ipad. Suffice it to say, it works!

Couldn't get my emoticons to work, but the Australia comment was due to the downsideup picture!

Currently in the Netherlands, will report on Norwich sightings on Saturday.

Robotmel: Double Clutch is ridiculously bad. Nothing sticks together if not in car mode.

I had 3 sets, and a few commanders. They had extremely loose joints and combined looked really bad. Maybe im just being an old fart lol.

I did like a lot of the commanders i got but i just cant them to fit into my display no matter how i try, so my ocd's just wont let me display them.

any news on timescales for the generations releases?

Also any of you guys still playing FoC?

Stuff to sort out over the weekend.

Not at all. If you were offering to share your Nexus Maximus however that would be quite worrying.

Had two parcels show up today :)
First up via Kapow is the Seekers: Aces box set. And 2nd was Voyager Dreadwing in european packaging via eBay. Looks like Wave 3 should hopefully make an appearance on these shores after all.

I've stuck a few comments over on reveal-the-shield-generation-classics-haul-thread-p1451666.php#p1451666 about the Seekers set, not good I'm afraid :BOOM:

Thought id 'Blast Off' into Reading today for some Christmas money spendature, and after having to 'Brawl' my way to Toys R Us, I stared into the 'Vortex' of Transformerage and managed to 'Swindle' myself into getting FOC Bruticus. I have now prepared myself for the 'Onslaught' of negativity regarding his retail colours that is sure to come. I also got PRID Dead End and Bin Man Bumblebee, making Vehicon the only PRID deluxe I have yet to purchase. Also, still no Shockwaves in site. Grrrrrr...

There's just not a perfect matched set of the original Seekers from the Classics mould. The various western ones don't have matching wing stripes, the Henkei set has defective Thundercrackers and these guys sound like a disappointment. Glad I'm sticking with my Henkeis and can ignore these.

I have got (or had) classics SS and Skywarp, 2th anni SS and Gen Thundercracker (oh and classics Acid Storm) All of which bar Gen Thundercracker have had horrendous QC so that dont surprise me at all, i just keep them in jet mode, floppy wings aint such a pain.

Just to add, a transformer collecting mate of mine rang TRU today. For Gen waves they are apparantly sorting through all figs at TRU head office and supplying stores with a balanced stock. Hopefully it will make things easier.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'balanced stock'?
Deluxe wave cases usually include a figure twice or thrice etc usually as an example BumbleBee, which is why he's so over stocked. Foc/generations wave 2 didn't have anyone appear twice in a case as far as I know it was the five combaticons, prime, jazz and shockwave making up the eight.
I've no idea if anyone appears in wave 3 more than once.

I'd hardly think that they would remove a figure form a case just because it appears more than once.

Or do you mean that each UK TRU store will get the same amount of stock as every other TRU store no matter of location, size etc instead of the flagship/bigger stores getting priority?

TRU Norwich seems to have a steady supply of FoC Combaticons: they had Swindle, Vortex and Brawl, compared to last time's Onslaught, Vortex, Blast-Off and Brawl.

For PRiD, Rumble, Kup and Airachnid all showed up! But no later wave Voyagers.

STILL NO STEVE.

According to the manager, because of the trend of excess stock of certain figures they are ordering equal quantities until they know what is selling. Sounded strange to me, but they confirmed it. Apparantly they will be shipping excess unwanted figures out to other dealers

I've seen the last deluxe Prime line hit the TRU shelves here in the last few weeks as well, a good few months after everywhere else. TRU UK are as useless as Hasbro UK lol.
The wave that included Vehicon I've only ever seen twice on real store shelves here, but everywhere is coming down with Wave 1,2 and the last wave.

I have no idea whether this has already been mentioned but I'm SOOOO excited by it that I'm going to mention it anyway, so apologies if this is old news.

It looks like we in the UK are days away from potentially getting our hands on PRIME RiD voyager wave 4 figures from our highstreet stores. My local Argos store has received a delivery of a single Thundertron and two Ultra Magnus figures. :D

If that wasn't good enough, both of the new figures (along with Powerizers Optimus, Starscream, and Weaponizers Bumblebee and Optimus) have unique catalogue numbers! It's about to get a whole lot easier for us to track down the specific figures we want, and not be disappointed stumbling upon the figures we've already seen for the umpteenth time. More than that, it'll help provide retailers with cold, hard facts about which characters actually sell. (I just hope it doesn't backfire on us collectors. :-$ )

Could you post the cat numbers please. Was in my local Argos today and they knew nothing of individual skus etc.
