The stories are not official canon, except where noted. These stories are the result of Transformers enthusiasts taking the time out of their busy days to contribute to a universe they love. The art looks good, and I do not mind the DW-era character designs... but since when does Prowl say things like "Y'know?"

Internal dialog tends to be heard differently than what is spoken in certain aspects. Think of it as a well educated person that originally grew up in the hood or in the backwoods, or a rich suburbanite trying to act street. Their outward speech patterns will be different than an external representation.

Which could lead to be a deep dark secret that Prowl pretends to be a prick most of the time so the other bots don't dig and try to find out that he was from some po' dunk out laying colony where they use to mine energon and drink home made moon shine!

Outside of that, man the artwork is the best I've seen in a while and this is great jump for IDW fans.

Really nice art and development on this one. Nice job on Red Alert. Also have to say there are some really well done femmebots. Consistent-yet-original-designs, and truly adorable. Heaven forbid anyone manufacture them.... I'd have to pick them up.
