My recommendations, based on my experience as I own the main 4 FE deluxes
Bumblebee: First Edition, although the RID mold grows on you after a while. It really streamlines his transformation. Recommend the Hot Shot version so you have both.
Arcee: RID. It's the same size in bike mode, shorter in robot mode (which means she scales better), has improved arm articulation, and her backpack is less cumbersome. Only downsides are she only has 1 blade, no waist articulation, and she's the wrong shade of blue. And she can't flash.
Starscream: I don't have the RID, but all the reviews I've heard say they're about equal in accuracy vs. kibble. I'd go for the FE because it's a deluxe and therefore scales better with Voyager Megatron.
Cliffjumper: The RID has a more screen-accurate chest, shoulders, legs, and feet, but it is made entirely of fake parts (the hood, roof, and trunk of the car all fold up on his back), and the arms are pretty bad. The FE has very show-accurate forearms, but the rest is a little disproportioned compared to the show model. HOWEVER, he doesn't cheat. His car bumper really makes his shoulders. His car roof really makes his chest. The grille in his abdomen is still fake, but that's pretty much impossible to do any other way. The sides of his car mode fold up to make his legs, so he has very little backpack, just the car hood and front fender. Plus he has the guns. RID is more accurate, but the FE is a better toy. I gotta go with the FE.
