The "VS" was a multi-pack line that only saw three sets, was only made by Takara, and was done in 1985. So seeing how this is a e-HOBBY version of that line, this is going to be a Japan exclusive version of Shattered Glass.
Gah! Primus... I should have known that since I spent all that time sorting out the 1985-1992 toyline (but stopped for other subjects I dragged myself into).
