Is Smokescreen's head on a Ball joint that's the same size as Knock Outs/AM Smokescreen?

I never liked the character of Smokescreen very much, but that is an awesome looking toy. :D

That's how he should have looked from the get-go.

I'd buy him, even thought I hate this series. I'd ditch the dumb Road Warrior armor and just leave him plain.
