My understanding is that all SuperCenters will be receiving the figures. Not sure about the General Merchandise stores(no grocery) but they should too. There's not a sales restriction on them. I bought Hardhead this morning with no problems. They won't put them on the shelf before the 4th but if you find someone willing to check the back room, you should be fine.
The boxes are labeled something like:
TRA UNIVERSE ULTRA ASSORTED
TRA ROTF BATTLE SCENE ASSORTED

Yeah man, if you see them don't pass them up! I made that mistake yesterday and now I'm regretting it. Then again, I was initially searching for Jazz and Tracks so being that I had no luck with that, I may have skipped on them due to shame and disappointment

I honestly haven't been paying attention to movie figs lately but there's a good chance that I may have passed the Blue Fallen without noticing. I'll keep an eye out for you though

I saw only Skullgin at a Target in Alexandria but didnt get him since my gf was looking at me crazy since I got scout classes Breacher(finally) and Sunspot 20min ago from the local toys r us.
I too was only searching for Tracks and Jazz saturday but didnt mind pickin up Thunderwing tho if i seen him.
I been to 3 stores that day and all I see mostly is Ravage and millions Mudflap everywhere.

Yeah those Mudflaps are a real pain. Even worse, those Hunt for Decepticons Ravage and Ironhides really make me think Reveal the Shield from a glance. I'm still hunting for Tracks and Jazz throughout most of Northern VA. If I run into any of them I'll be sure to let you know when and where.

I don't know if you're still interested but I just came back from Big-Kmart in Manassas. They have only one Blue Fallen. He was standing right in between the Power Core Combiner 5 packs and some other figures (which I forgot what they were). He's very hard to notice at a glance though so look carefully.
