I'm no good with number-ratings...
Pretty good for the DS, from what I've seen. It can be a bit pixely in some places, though.
The AI can be dumb and predictable (though I've still gotten killed by them countless times), and there are long breaks between checkpoints (though there are no 'lives'), and there aren't too many levels.
There are numerous 'challenge' levels, though, and many unlockable characters --from BOTH factions to boot!
You can transform at any time and get to use two characters (out of, like, 20 per faction) in each level, that's good enough for me.
And they all have unique, fitting voice actors, with a decent amount of stuff to say.
Not the DS's finest, but not it's worst. I don't know if it's worth getting both versions for, as you can unlock all but ~4 of the opposite factions' in each one.
I like the game.
