We have an interesting turn of events. Unique Toy's War Hawk is $60 at Chimungmung! I don't know if it was always $60 or if that's a mistake (or if BBTS' is a mistake), but if this is a permenant price drop it's definately a game changer.

It also ships out Feb 1st, apparently.

Edit:
I'm still with MMC, though. I think I can afford to shell out for what I feel is the better combiner. Gotta say, though ... the price here makes this very tempting.

The only thing i like more about war hawk is his Sword i hope talon gets one.

Doesn't Talon have two swords? And they attach to his alt mode backpack.

That's a very good find, and a great price (even factoring in the shipping). If the rest of the figures stayed at this price point I believe more people would be on board. Still, it's hurting just start thinking about collecting MMC's version so maybe in a year when the dust settles I'll have to evaluate the pricing of the whole figure.

The only other retailer to come close to this price point is RobotKingdom, and they are saying it's available at the end of January (so next week): http://robotkingdom.com/services/eshop/ ... =us&CatID=

Yeah he has two half sized swords which look nice a was just thinking G1 and a new big sword with the 2 smaller ones would have been like the original toy only swopping blasters for swords.

If not i guess DR WU will be on it :lol:

That's a pretty cool box. It looks like, once you have all of them, you can display them side by side to make a full picture of Predaking.

I like the bot modes these guys are making, they are pleasantly geewunny.
But the combined mode just keeps me away.

BBTS still has it at full price, but I would expect a change this week. I wish that $60 was enough to get me to switch, but MMC's is just too beautiful at this time.
