WFC character questions

#1: Does anyone know if there were special characters for pre-ordering the game for PC? I pre-ordered it (I live in Canada) and EB games (GameStop) didn't know of anything for PC.
#2: After seeing the DLC download for more characters for xbox, anyone know of a way to get these characters for PC? Kinda disappointed with the number of characters and wouldn't mind a few more. (and a few more colors for that matter!)
