NS said that the European dudes have to wait til the 29th. Maybe it's PSN in general? All I know is that XBL got it this morning and it's the ****. Well worth the 800 points ($10). 5 dudes, 2 Escalation maps (the best Escalation maps no less), and 2 Multiplayer maps? It's the first time I bought DLC and felt that the money was justified. It literally makes it a brand new game in Esclation. And all the skins for multiplayer and the 2 maps for it (haven't played those yet) are just awesome. If you own this game you need this DLC as soon as it goes live or you get the dough up for it.

In Europe the PSN store only gets updated once a week that's on Thursdays

The news ticker on the WfC multiplayer menu says the DLC drops today in the US, and tomorrow in Europe. It IS kind of odd seeing as the PlayStation Store updates Thursdays in Europe.

Also I checked the PSN boards and it said the usual update time on the Store is around 5PM EST. Though I'd take that with a grain of salt or two.

Dammit, I shouldn't have downloaded Risk Factions last week. Looks like I'll probably have to wait until the middle of August payday thanks to so many figures being released in August as well...

Can't speak for Europe as a whole, but as far as the UK goes we get updates on a Wednesday now, not sure on the exact time but its normally updated by the time I get home from work. It's been that way for a couple of months now.
