I'm halfway through "The Haunting of Tobey Jugg" by Dennis Wheatley.

I finished WH40K Fallen Angels and started on Warriors: Omen of the Stars-"The fourth apprentice" since it FINALLY came out in paperback. And Winds of Dune sits patiently on my shelf waiting for me to finish.

Ever since I found out about those WH40K books, I've been pretty interested in them. Could either of you guys recommend me any in particular?

I'm reading through Darren Shan's delightfully disgusting Demonata series. Don't read it if you get naseous easily. After that, i can read the Skulduggery Pleasent series, or Angel, the latest maximum ride.

I strongly recommend the Blood Angel Omnibus as an introduction to the books. The author paints a wonderful picture. Most of the space marine books are very well written.

Haven't read anything but the Space Marine stories, so you're on you're own if you want to get into the Imperial Guard or Inquisition.

On a related note I've moved into reading the Blood Ravens Omnibus. So far I'm not as interested in it than I was the others, perhaps it's because it has to follow the game? Dunno yet.

You should really give the Horus Heresy series a shot! It's set in M31, so, you already know what happens lol. But It's great to see it spanning 20+ books! I can't recommend them enough to fans of the 40K universe and Space Marines.

Its on my list of books to get, once I've caught up with "modern-day" space marines.

Yeah, it's pretty heavy going but it is one of those books i almost feel like i have to read. Thats not to say it isn't any good but i enjoyed Animal Farm more.

Nah, I've never been too keen on the Imperial Guard and Inquisition. Space Marines, on the other hand...

Let's hope I can track down some of those books.

I am about to start re-reading a book called Mayday, which was a book I read about 10 years ago and remember it being quite suspenseful. Hopefully my memory doesn't fail me.

Just started The Brass Verdict by Michael Connelly. It's the follow-up to The Lincoln Lawyer, another awesome book I just finished, just in time for the movie.
