Hey I was just wondering if the japanese beast wars metals vs 44 pack with transmetal tarantulas and rhinox is a good buy at $43 sealed MISB. If so I am definitely buying it.

Ok so I got $70 saved up for tfs right now and I have some that I have in mind of getting. So here's the list.

Japanese beast wars vs 44 ( transmetal rhinox & transmetal tarantulas) at $43 shipped

Hasbro tripredacus 100% complete at $65 shipped

Armada predacon (tm megatron repaint) $70 shipped

Or should I just wait and get prime Kup and dreadwing to help complete the cast.

That's up to you, but I'm a big Beast Wars collector and the figures you named haven't fluctuated too much in their availability/price for quite some time now, so if you want to complete your Prime cast now (which are under much higher demand at the moment since that's the current line), I'd go ahead and do that if I were you. You can snag the BW figures later on.

The only one I'm not certain about is Armada Predacon. I can't recall how his availability is, but I do remember having to go ebay for him when I got mine, meaning none of my usual online shops had him. On that note, I highly recommend the standard TM Megatron over Armada Predacon. The colors are MUCH better. And out of the two versions (US/Hasbro/Kenner vs Japanese/Takara), I definitely recommend the Takara version. The plastics used for his body are much more durable. There have been many reports of the US version breaking apart (arms falling off mostly), although mine has not suffered this fate (I have every version of the mold).

I also highly recommend Universe Razorclaw if you don't already have Tigerhawk. Tigerhawk is great, but the Universe Razorclaw repaint is spectacular. He's almost like a Beast Wars version of Henkei Dark Skyfire.

Well I will soon be adding two more beast wars figures into my collection, since my local stores haven't stocked prime stuff for a while. The figures are the takara versions of transmetal Tarantulas and transmetal rhinox, both are in the vs 44 2pack.

Also if things go right I might also get Universe Razorclaw with the only things missing being the missiles.

I won the auction for Razorclaw at $20.50 shipped. Now to hunt down the four missiles for him.

always wanted TM Tarantulus. I've got the Armada-era repaint of the TM Rhinox toy. It's a pretty cool little figure. I like the Rhinotank mode a lot. Still think they should have used him and TM Cheetor as a basis of a Beast Wars G1-Predacons homage set.
