STEP 1

Get your hands on a TRU Asia exclusive Megatron.

STEP 2

Get your hands on a United Megatron or the mold.

STEP 3

Remove TRU Asia exclusive Megatron Head.

STEP 4

Remove head of United Megatron or this mold and install Asia exclusive head.

Note: This is the main reason I came up with this whole idea to begin with, I love the United Megatron mold but am not a fan of the head sculpt. If this head can be attached, I feel it would look incredible and would result in him being displayed proudly in front of the pack.

STEP 5

Wait patiently for Headrobots to come out with yet another repainted head for this mold, to turn your TRU exclusive Megatron into pure awesomeness.

You could probably use a Classics Megatron head as well. I believe he has green light piping for the eyes, which would match the figure's body.

Yup, it's botcon Gigatron with Skeletor upgrade kit from Headrobots.
