I cant name just one from 2007. I felt like such a little boy again watching that movie.

I loved Blackout tearing up the base in Qatar...loved when BB transforms and defends Sam (vs Barricade)...and absolutely was in awe when OP and the 'bots show up and transform to Sam and Mikaela

ROTF..the forest battle is the fight we all paid to see...epic (wish OP woulda stayed dead 'til DOTM or sumthin...wanted to see 'cons win one, ie Empire Strikes Back)

DOTM...not sure yet, several were cool...but I'll go with OP jetpackin in and takin down several 'cons all in one swoop...sweetness

TF (2007) - The SOCCENT airbase attack/Scorponok/The Autobots arrival/Bonecrusher's highway rampage/Ironhide's cannonflip - Jazz's cannonpull - Autobots VS Brawl/Optimus's speech

ROTF (2009) - Sideswipe attacking Sideways/Optimus exiting the plane and transforming/the battle in the factory* - The forest battle/Devastator combining - vs the Twins/Bombing - Sam and The Dynasty of Primes/Jetfire's sacrifice - Jetpower Optimus - Final battle

DOTM (2011) - Optimus's silent-treatment/Megatron's base in desert/Optimus's and Sentinel's conversation/Ironhide VS the Dreads - the Standoff/Sentinels true colors/Goodbye/Optimus's "We will kill 'em all!"/Carly and Megatron/Sentinel disarmed by Megatron, Megatron killed by Optimus, Optimus finishes Sentinel/Bumblebee's "wedding" - Carly: "I love this car!"

* - The 'Running the wall and backflip' trick Megatron did while Optimus leaped over him and shot was so cool!(Imagine how it would have looked in 3D)

Transformers: toss up between Optimus' first scene driving down the alley to meet Sam with the music and the full on transformation and at the end when he bursts through the alley and into the streets while transforming

ROTF: When Optimus is given Jetfire's parts and says "Let's Roll"

DOTM: So many to choose from but I'd have to say when the Autobots show up in Chicago and Optimus walks up beside Sam, cocking his gun (the music makes this scene even better) followed by Optimus saying "In the name of freedom we'll bring the battle to them" or something to that effect. Get chills every time.

I really can't say dotm contained any one scene that made my neck hair stand straight out. There were scenes in the firstwo movies that did, but not in the 3rd. I will watch it when it comes out on DVD/Blu-Ray and figure it out then.

Transformers: Megatron killing Jazz. Because it was epic how he got killed and tossed away.

ROTF: Forest battle, specifically Primes death. Because the fight was epic, a real descent fight, deleted scene was cool where op gets attacked. and Optimus had epic death.

DOTM: (there are a few) Highway scene, because the dreads were awesome. Shockwave in Chicago. Close up at his face was awesome, shooting Optimus. Ironhides death, He had to be discharged from duty. decepticons are much better than autobots

2007: The Autobots arrival to earth(Epic score and purely awesome), The Autobots in Sams garden And Megatron vs Optimus(Their lines exchanged between each other were epic

ROTF: Optimus talking to Galloway, Optimus and sam in the cemetery ("Fate rarely calls upon us at a moment of our choosing"), Megatrons rebirth and the whole scene on cybertron, Forest battle(Who didnt like this scene!), And Optimus kicking Megatron and the Fallens ass at the end.

DOTM: Optimus and the Driller in Chernobyl("Shockwaves Revenge" Score was epic), Megatron in Africa, Optimus and Sentinel talking, Sentinels betrayal and ironhides death, Bumblebees near death(No prisoners, Only trophies), Optimus taking out the driller, Sentinel vs Optimus battle and Megatrons intervention(THIS IS MY PLANET!)

TFTM: the arrival of the autobots on earth

DOTM: the highway scene continuing to the "mexican standoff" the resurfacing of the autobots with prime saying "we will kill them all" as well. =)

First movie:
Sam and Megatron up on the abandoned building roof, the scene where Megatron tries to taunt and scare Sam into giving up the Cube. Such a classic good vs evil confrontation…beautifully filmed…fantastic setting…perfect music. I’m sure it was no coincidence that the statue Sam was clinging to had a very Madonna-like aspect to it, whereas Megatron…well, let’s face it, he could well pass as a molten, metal version of Lucifer himself.
Honorable mentions: the Autobots’ arrival scene (beautiful visuals, music)…whole long sequence of Frenzy cutting loose aboard Air Force One, from the opening jet shot right up until he hops into Barricade and cheerfully expresses his opinion of the entire human race (lots of laughs, more great music)…Blackout doing his thing in the desert (fantastic ‘reveal’, wonderful-looking character, great choice of opening sequence to ramp up tension throughout the rest of the movie, ie. is THAT a Transformer?? is that plane/car/anonymous machine going to transform too???)

ROTF:
Entire Smithsonian sequence, from the time our heroes pulled up in the parking lot to Jetfire unexpectedly whooshing the whole gang off to Egypt. ADORED Jetfire, loved nasty Wheelie and his running commentary, almost peed my pants laughing when Jetfire bashed his way out of the museum and through some inexplicable space warp into some other part of the USA entirely…whole thing was just so damn crazy and unexpected and NUTZ! It’s like the people making the movie just threw up their hands and said ‘oh, to hell with it!’ at that point and settled for a live-action Looney Toon. With Transformers! VERY funny, at least for me. I even enjoyed Simmons’ butt shot—whoo hoo!
Honorable mention: Ravage’s fantastically thin ‘little buddy’ stealing the shard (part of the reason I go to movies like Transformers is so I can see something I’ve never seen before…THIS scene definitely fulfilled that wish—wow! what an eye-popper!)

DOTM:
Sentinel Prime regaining consciousness and initially attacking Optimus, then relenting as his confusion fades. This scene changed the whole tone of the remainder of the movie for me and effectively knocked the smirk I was working on right off my face.
Honorable mention: the Autobots dishing out some good ol’ NATO wish-fulfillment justice at an illegal nuclear power plant (yeah, the movie got slammed for this scene in certain circles, but I don’t care…I know it’s really Michael Bay’s shout-out to the military and that includes ME! (right back ‘atcha, Michael!))

First movie: There are a few, but two really stood out for me, the first being Blacckout's transformation and attack, more his transformation really, that's your first look at a transformer in these movies and it's epic. Second being the Decepticons mobilize scene, and the Decepticon Theme that goes with it is awesome. The fact that most of the Decepticons were giant, ass-kicking war machines, and all their names started with B is just as awesome. Out of those two though, I think I prefer Blackout's scene. How could you not like it when one giant evil robot lays waste to an entire army?

Second movie: Jetfire. Anything with him in it, he was by far the best character in that movie. People may have been pissed that he wasn't the jetfire/skyfire from G1 or the comics, but I loved the old Scottish bastard, how could you not love a transformer with a shillelagh that turns into a battle axe?

Third movie: The Wreckers, specifically the scene where they're insulting the humans and the scene where Optimus tells them to distract Shockwave. Scottish transformers again, yes. They're covered in guns in vehicle mode, and I loved the Wreckers in the comics! They're different sure, but they still seem to serve the same purpose, if there's a fourth film then I hope to see MUCH more of them!
