What to kit bash deluxe barricade into?

Weapon: Battle Blades

I've got a Barricade that I wanna kit bash and repaint into a different character....and I was wondering which character I should turn him into. Can anybody give me some suggestions? Not a decepticon though
Also, does the heat and pop off thing work with transformers?

If you want to keep him as a police car, maybe Red Alert. If not, I think he could be Brawn or Tracks. If you want to turn him into a 'Bot, you might want to consider a head-swap.
