Wow. I'm really not liking the designs here. Wheeljack looks like an area 51 grey alien... and that red Wrecker looks like friggin' Gwildor from the live action He-Man movie. #-o

And if they're re-using an old characters name, you'd think they could respect 25 years of history and at LEAST color the robot the same... Wheeljack white. Sideswipe red. Ironhide red. Ratchet white. Mirage blue.... and yes, Optimus Prime red (not mostly-blue).

Really, I think they're just pulling names out of a big hat.

I think Bay needs to watch or re-watch ALL the G1 series from 84 on up! including the Transformer The movie from 86. Hell, even watch all the Japanese series as well, even though the voice overs are terrible but we get the idea.

:BANG_HEAD: Am I the only one who is very upset with the "Wreckers" being mech-bots and not the Autobot's Special Ops? Its "WRECK and RULE!!!" not "Oh, that's wrecked. Let's fix it!" Dammit, I'll say it again, DAMN YOUS, MICHAEL BAY, DAMNN YOUS ALL TO HELL!! (shaking fist at the air). :sad:

Something tells me that Jeff Foxworthy, Bill Engvall and Larry the Cable Guy will be the voices for Roadbuster, Topspin and Leadfoot, since Bay has placed them as hilljack NASCAR lovers.

What makes Wheeljack even worse is that if the movie carries over his prequel comic personality he will be speaking in a stereotypical "tally ho, wot" British accent i.e. Colonel K from Dangermouse.

C'mon, take it easy, people! It IS a different continuity, after all!

As for the designs, I'll wait until we see the film renders before making judgement (oh yeah, I spell judgement with an 'e'! Take that, US! Haha...Just being silly; love the US, but I prefer our English English! Hehe ANYWAY)

So...Yes...Renders...I'll wait.

I've been compiling a scale list (largest to smallest) of the Film Transformers based on; vehicle/alternate modes (with the best dimension data possible), as many official charts I could find & most crucially, the figures I actually own and desire! If anyone would like a bit of assistance in scale or would simply like a peek at the ever-growing list, do say so! ^^
