When's the 2-disc DOTM DVD set coming out?

I was planning to buy the recently released DOTM DVD, but held back when I remembered a post about a planned two-disc DVD special edition like the ROTF set with the transforming Bumblebee casing.
I can't find that old post. So can anyone please give me a heads up on when the 2-disc set is coming out? And no, I don't mean the trilogy set with the transforming box.

The special edition, as far as we know, will be released sometime in December.
The current set has a $10.00 coupon towards the special edition, plus a $5.00 off toy coupon. For $20.00 at Target, the coupons alone are worth it.

Thanks for the info, Autobot032. The current one is a good deal, but what am I going to do with two copies of the same movie?
I guess I'll give it to my cousin's kids or something, once I get the 2-disc set.
