These are the 3 I'm looking at. Is there any other better options in the price range? Which would you get and why (why not).

THe first you should get if you want a Soundwave that can hold 2 cassetes and has both of them.

The japanese Soundwave can only one cassete and only comes with one,but some say that the chest like that is more accurate.

Now if want get something fancy with a nice story behind it get that Soundblaster encore ressuie.

Tip:Try using the site galleries to have an idea.

You would suggest the encore 21 over the Reissue that was a toyrus exclusive?
I orig liked the black, but am now thinking I want the classic blue..??

Plus I like razorback.

I purchased the reissue toysrus via amazon. I wanted razorback and SW to be blue. After my voltron I'll get the black encore. Did I make the right choice?????

Personally I am waiting for some news on the release of the voyager version of the Cybertron Soundwave...the new updated one that actually has the chest cavity and the transformable round, "something" (data disk..??) version of Lazerbeak.

As for a G1 version, a while back I saw a kitbash thread of someone who took a Dropshot and modified him into a Soundwave that could actually triple-change into a reasonable facsimile of his "cybertron lamp-post" mode. I was thinking of taking this kitbash on step further and using some spare parts from my Deluxe Cybertron Soundwave and actually using my mad dremel skills to bore him out a chest cavity for...some purpose.
