I'm pretty sure Galvatron once stepped on a puppy in the comics, so he gets my vote. Plus he was totally crackers.
assembling a Neo-G1/TF:TM cast. Please PM if you have (or know of) the following at a reasonable price: Classics or Henkei Prowl, Astrotrain, Ramjet, Skywarp, Sunstreaker, Sideswipe, Blurr, Perceptor, GDO Wheelie and Springer, or 3rd Party Motobot Arcee, FP Springer, iGear Ratchet and Ironhide, City Commander (and/or Ultra Magnus), Starscream (deluxe) Coronation add-on, or Spike and Daniel in their Exo-Suits.

Okay, now this is gonna go off topic, but I just got to know.

What's the thing between Armada Starscream and Linkin Park?
I've read it in Teletraan-1: Transformers wikia and stumbled across it on DeviantART, but I can't understand, that why are there so many jokes about Starscream and LP? Where's the connection?

Weapon: Spinning Augers
BW/BM Megatron.
He was kinda mental, but it worked for a while. Though starting a time storm more than likely would have ended him as well. Remember, Optimus Prime save G1 Megatron and the others a few times throughout the time of Generation 1. So Beast Megs was willing to risk himself to and everybody around him to win.
And then when he lost, he still won! That's how Beast Machines started out by the way.

ROTF The Fallen. I just like The Fallen, and this version has processor over matter which makes him even cooler. Maybe Unicron too.

Just taking a guess here, but it might have something to do with those two being quite emotional.

And I mean, really... Was Starscream about to shed a few tears when Alexis (or whoever it was) gave him that crappy blanket?

I don't mind Armada -- in fact, I well as well say that I like it -- but I didn't like their version of Starscream. Screamer should have been how he always had been: a charismatic, manipulative, extremely selfish son of a bitch. That's the guy we all know and love.

Maybe he was those things in the beginning of the series -- I can't remember. But if I do recall correctly (not likely, I'm thinking) he turned out to be a bit of a wuss.

Ahem. Now to contribute to the actual topic...

I'm going to have to go with BW Megatron. A great villian, he was!

Weapon: Switch Blade Tail
Gonna have to go with the Quintessons on this one. Between selling both sides of a war weapons to see how they'd escalate the war so they could study it, executing innocent prisoners, trying to use a zombie Optimus Prime, and blowing up their own planet to attempt to kill various Autbots(and Spike), they're kinda a whole race of jerks. Not too sure what they did in the comics(I think one of them stole the Matrix at some point), though.

I completely forgot about the Quintessons. #-o And they were just awesome, weren't they?

Now with the Quints in mind, it's a tie between them and BW Megatron.
