I like this, I believe this is the first original figure of theirs.
It would be hilarious if this actually gets released before the iGear version.

Still, it's not really an auto-buy. How does it's alt. mode scale with the classics line? It looks a bit too big.

Looks ok, size seems fine. I'll have one, and the inevitable Ratchet repaint, if the price is right. Which it probably won't be. I'd pay £30-40 for one, in the right colours with a good load of accessories and some encouraging reviews.

at moment,the head looks a little fat or the face is a bit big ? i'm not sure what it is but somethings off.
i'll wait for a painted version before i say no but i wouldn't want to pay no more than 45.

Posted: Sat Jun 16, 2012 5:46 pmI like the design of iGear's Ironhide better. This version is still so much better looking than Classics/Henkei, but not sure if it's needed (and the proposed 7 - 10 weapons) when a new version is already coming out (regardless of the delays).
Trailblazer, Blitzwing, and so many other characters are still waiting for a proper release.

I do like iGear's versions looks better. It's a tad expensive to me though, especially since I want both Ironhide and Ratchet. If this one can come in at a lower price I might be able to ignore the weird legs and overall really boxy look.

Posted: Sat Jun 16, 2012 6:09 pmI really like the idea of a classics redo of Ironhide/Ratchet. I have the official classics ironhide/ratchet and someways I like them, but I'm not in love with them. Also, I like the igear ones, but I am not an MP scale collector.
The head, and hands are too big though, the arms are too thick, and the chest is a tad to boxy.
If they could make some of those fixes and the cost is low enough I would totally get this.

I dunno, I could pass on that stuff too. Igear is sort of running the game these days. If only they could get more product out. I have no interest in a less visually appealing Ironhide. Go big or go home guys.

He would make a better classics Ironhide too when compared to classics Sideswipe and Sunstreaker, who are huge compared to the rest. They make the actual classics Ironhide look puny.
Its just the head needs to be tweeked a little. It looks like the 2 circular bulges on the sides of his helmet sit up to high? His cheeks are too puffy and his eyes are too wide on the outer edges?

Fall release seems optimistic though being that we saw Tyrant a long time ago and that hasn't been released. I would take less weapons if it could be cheaper and a quicker release too.
Definitely needs Ratchet.
